Great room for the 3 of us ladies; one double and a single bed both of which were clean and very comfortable. Only downside was that the air con could not be lowered and it switched off at midnight so the room was very hot in August so sleep wasn’t great. Bottled water in the room and tea and coffee options. Great breakfast options. Safe in the room which is always a bonus. Stayed here a few times it’s great value for money in a very good location in the city centre.

Recommend improving Housekeeping service. The room was a bit dusty and when the cleaner came to clean whilst i was there she hardly spent 5 minutes cleaning the room including the bathroom. The cups, spoons and glasses inside the room where dirty as well.
I booked this on behalf of three friends.
Unfortunately they had an uncomfortable stay in the triple room - for different reasons which the Hotel manager has dealt with and issued a partial refund.
Hotel was acceptable and service was we needed. Breakfast was had some very good choices and value for money. The only small criticism the drinks choices in the bar. It would of been nice if they had more than one option for Zero sugar drinks
City center location so very convenient. Neighborhood can be a bit loud (and drunken) but hotel itself is quiet even if some of the guests are not, ha.

This is probably the best hotel for easy access to St Mary’s Street where most of the pubs/clubs/cafes are based. 5 mins away from Cardiff Central Train Station. So a lot of great things about it.
However, I must add, the rooms did not have a fridge or freezer and the air-con switched off at midnight for energy conservation. Sounds good but not a great experiences for guests during summer months. Overall, a little too expensive for the amenities offered
Hotel room was lovely, we had a corner room on yhe 5th floor which was fab for people watching at night, could hear a lot of traffic, music and noise in room but your in a central location. The shower was the biggest let down. Hardly any power, Bath is narrow so not much room to move when stood in shower, was very high and not powerful. The taps also stuck out so couldn’t really get back under it enough.
Breakfast stopped at 21 but went down at 10:30 and was told they were not making any more and had to have what was left… not a lot!! Location was great for a night out or day shopping if you don’t mind abit of noise, bed was also comfy.
Amazing stay for the night! Highly recommend this hotel. All staff were accommodating and polite, from front of house to security in the early hours, great customer service all round. Thank you again
Excellent stay, particularly in terms of the staff. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable of the area. Despite being very full due to the huge gig taking place at the Principality Stadium, noise was minimal. Really well located for shopping, the station and getting to the gig.
The private areas were great, but the public female toilet needed cleaning.
Staff were very helpful with checking in and out and in the restaurant.

They are upfront with not having parking but seriously stretch the truth about convenient parking nearby. The train station has a very small car park with no chance of people leaving as they’ve probably gone on the train somewhere! The next closest one they recommended was .75 miles away. With luggage that’s far! (As there is not an area to drop off luggage in front of the building). Plus overnight parking is going to cost you $35 more a night. So mathematically it would have made sense to stay at a more expensive property with parking.
If parking isn’t something you need then staying here isnt bad. Front desk helped get our a/c to work immediately after calling, wifi worked, room was clean. It seems like we were on a more updated floor though (floor 10) so I can’t speak to all the rooms as the other floors looked like they hadn’t been redone in a while Speaking of 10th floor I would have assumed you’d hear no noise but we could hear the party on the street til 1 am. Close to all the shops, arcades, and restaurants and train station.
