It was very nice to have a hotel with so many ammenities. Gym was very good and well equipped. The roof in the gym needs some repairs tho because there was some leaking. Pool was very nice as food in the restaurant and the bar with live music. Staff was very friendly and it is at a walking distance to the beach. Very clean and with a very convenient parking.

The location itself is fantastic if you want a lovely and secluded beach. 10 minutes drive and you can be in a beach with waves if you want to surf. The staff (they have a lot of staff) are friendly and healpful. In our stay during a low season the majority of the other guests were Brasilian So there is a genuine good vibe in the place. Ideal for families with young kids or couples that do not want to stay in a hectic or pretentious environment. Breakfast and facilities are good. Cleanliness is good but it is not as thorough as a 4 or 5 star hotel. The channels available are just a few but I do not know if that is a problem with the cable provider or the hotel. I recommend.

Fomos em família para passar o ano novo, no geral foi muito. Porém com algumas considerações. No anúncio eles informam a piscina é aquecida, porém não é, e sim tem um jacuzzi pequena aquecida, o restante d a piscina é gelada, nos últimos dias, a jacuzzi não estava aquecendo, e mesmo pedindo na recepção para ajustar, não vimos nenhuma movimentação e continuou fria. A geladeira deu defeito. Colocaram um frigobar mas ficamos todos os outros dias com a geladeira prquena. Tomadas com pinos quebrados na tomada, precisando de manutenção.

Hotel ok, mas pelo valor acho q os quartos poderiam entregar uma melhor infraestrutura. Ar condicionado fazia barulho, chuveiro apertado, e o berço q disponibilizaram ocupava o quarto todo nao tinha como andar, tivemos q devolver. Restaurante do hotel era bom, problema era a musica ao vivo ate 22h, com bebê era dificil dormir.

Tivemos uma péssima experiência de check in. Quando chegamos, nos fizeram aguardar aproximadamente 30 minutos - dizendo que o sistema estava indisponível e não sabiam qual seria o nosso apto. Depois, nos deram o cartão e fomos ao quarto. Cartão não abriu a porta. Desci para pedir ajuda. Depois, ao entrar minha esposa viu várias (umas 5) manchas tipo de cola no lençol, próximo ao travesseiro. Poderia ser manchas de ejaculação. Temos fotos. Descemos para falar disso, depois de uma lâmpada e o telefone que não estava discando... Somente então, uma colaboradora se prontificou e tentou solucionar os problemas - inclusive a troca de roupa de cama. No primeiro momento, ela disse que não tinham uma troca. Nesse momento, falei que não seria possível uma situação dessa e que iria falar com a gerente dela, que estava no restaurante. Me ouviu e disse que tentariam resolver, que a culpa deveria ser da camareira... E só. A colaboradora continuou engajada e conseguiu os itens para realizar a troca da roupa de cama, nos ofereceu mantas e aceitamos a cortesia. O apartamento tinha teia de aranha também (no banheiro). Mas, no mais, foi tranquilo. Depois dessa situação bem desagradável no início e também a falta de profissionalismo para lidar com a situação (ressalta-se a boa vontade da colaboradora que foi resolvendo a situação). Outros colaboradores do hotel/restaurantes também são ótimas pessoas e profissionais, por exemplo os do restaurante... A estadia foi tranquila no decorrer.
