It was very nice to have a hotel with so many ammenities. Gym was very good and well equipped. The roof in the gym needs some repairs tho because there was some leaking. Pool was very nice as food in the restaurant and the bar with live music. Staff was very friendly and it is at a walking distance to the beach. Very clean and with a very convenient parking.

Friendly and comfortable

The location itself is fantastic if you want a lovely and secluded beach. 10 minutes drive and you can be in a beach with waves if you want to surf. The staff (they have a lot of staff) are friendly and healpful. In our stay during a low season the majority of the other guests were Brasilian So there is a genuine good vibe in the place. Ideal for families with young kids or couples that do not want to stay in a hectic or pretentious environment. Breakfast and facilities are good. Cleanliness is good but it is not as thorough as a 4 or 5 star hotel. The channels available are just a few but I do not know if that is a problem with the cable provider or the hotel. I recommend.

Recepcionistas mal preparados para atender.

Incrivel local e pousada, porém o atendimento da recepção foi horrivel. Antes de alugarmos com 1 mês antes de antecedencia, perguntamos duas vezes se o checkin era feito após as 00h do dia 25, a atendente disse que sim as duas vezes. Chegamos no locar cerca de 00:20 do dia 25/01. E o atendente nos botou para rua. segundo ele falou que minha pergunta estava errada, e que 00:00 do dia 25/01 era 26/01. Porém, tudo bem se a minha pergunta não ficou clara (faltou interpretação, mas ok) porém minha noiva também pergutou para ele, e nós dois temos as conversas com a atendente que nos respondeu pelo whatsapp no dia. Enfim, atendimento horrível, ele não teve a humildade de pedir desculpas pelo erro das colegas de trabalho dele. Era para ser um final de semana perfeito para eu pedir a minha mulher em casamento no dia 26/01, mas nem tudo são flores e não deixamos isso estragar com a nossa viagem, infelizmente por isso pensaria duas vezes em voltar ou indicar o local. Minha familia sempre foi e ai porém quando eu era criança, não sabia como funcionava os checkins, justamente por isso fui perguntar para quem trabalha ai. Foi tudo isso que ocorreu, peço para tomarem cuidado pois vocês podem acabar com a viagem das pessoas, além do mais tivemos que gastar 400 reais não planejados em outro local as 1h da manhã em um local desconhecido. Ele ainda teve a coragem de oferecer uma estadia de 700 reais para dormir aquela noite, como se fosse fácil, lamentável.

Bem agradável. A piscina é maravilhosa, muito bem cuidada, o atendimento de qualidade, todos muito atenciosos. O unico ponto negativo é que o banheiro do quarto precisa de maior cuidado na limpeza. Ah! E a praia de Tabatinga está muito ruim, nem dá para aproveitar por causa da quantidade de barcos... muito ruim.

O hotel é padrão, nada muito diferente de um hotel bom. Os funcionários eram muito gentis, a acomodação era boa, bastante atividade na piscina. Pontos negativos, sala de jogos bem deteriorada e o café da manhã não era bom, poucas opções, a comida tinha aparência de reaquecida.

Fomos em família para passar o ano novo, no geral foi muito. Porém com algumas considerações. No anúncio eles informam a piscina é aquecida, porém não é, e sim tem um jacuzzi pequena aquecida, o restante d a piscina é gelada, nos últimos dias, a jacuzzi não estava aquecendo, e mesmo pedindo na recepção para ajustar, não vimos nenhuma movimentação e continuou fria. A geladeira deu defeito. Colocaram um frigobar mas ficamos todos os outros dias com a geladeira prquena. Tomadas com pinos quebrados na tomada, precisando de manutenção.

Hotel ok, restaurante mais ou menos

Hotel ok, mas pelo valor acho q os quartos poderiam entregar uma melhor infraestrutura. Ar condicionado fazia barulho, chuveiro apertado, e o berço q disponibilizaram ocupava o quarto todo nao tinha como andar, tivemos q devolver. Restaurante do hotel era bom, problema era a musica ao vivo ate 22h, com bebê era dificil dormir.
