A pleasant 2-night stay

The hotel had only been open for 5 weeks when we stayed, but we were very impressed with the operation and the facilities available. Very large bed was really comfortable, aircon worked well and the balcony opening out on to a young vineyard was a lovely extra touch. Breakfast on both mornings was great, with lots of options including hot dishes. The gym was well-appointed (by hotel standards), and the sauna was a lovely touch of relaxation during our stay. The stay felt like good value for money - you are a little outside of Franschhoek town, but the vineyards are an easy taxi journey away. The only things I would expect to see which we didn't have, would be filtered water readily available throughout the resort (especially in the gym!), and more toiletries than just body wash and a bar of soap (I'd expect shampoo at a minimum, but conditioner and body moisturiser would be welcome additions). We will certainly consider this hotel again if/when we return to Franschhoek.

Great hotel, nice layout, very modern. Nice pool and brewery on property that has great selection of beers and very good menu. Lovely staff! Easy close drive to town and vineyards. Don’t drink and drive! Enjoy!

Excellent and Brand new hotel, very modern architecture with a Scandinavian flare. Beautiful entrance, grounds, rooms, bathrooms and decor. Great pool area, gym and art sculptures. They own the micro brewery on same property which has great beer and indoor outdoor dining in modern building. Extensive menu, food was delicious especially my morning egg’s Benedict! Great staff too!

Ett fantastiskt fint, nybyggt hotell. Fina rum och god mat, både frukost och middag. Lite synd att det inte finns vatten att tillgå, utan att man får köpa det. Finns heller ingen tvål i badrummet. Bara duschkräm. En mindre sak, men lite konstigt.
