The scenery from the room and restaurants is breathtaking. Breakfast was just ok. The pot of tea was weak and tasteless. The coffee was good though. The ocean rooms were far away from restaurants and tired. The bathroom needed updating with mould in the shower. The staff were nice enough to offer us a lift back to the room at night when it was raining but otherwise no visible shuttle service. Views are stunning yhough

We always enjoy staying at RACV resorts. We weren't so happy with RACV Cape Schanck compared to the others because they do not have big rooms in the main building that can accommodate 3 adults. We were booked in the ocean view villas which was quite far from the main building. We felt isolated.

A great place for people with young families. Dining options are also fantastic. Breakfast can get a bit busy and this hotel is understaffed. Prepare to wait.

Upgrade after request change to room.
I booked into a room that I had been in before years ago. I asked to upgrade as wanted a different experience and they put in a 5 star room and I was so much happier. Did cost more but was happy they helped me.

Had a great time with the family. Perfect staycation with young kids. They love the indoor swimming pool with warm water, playground and games Room. Plenty of activities for them to do. They were never bored

Lovely resort. Clean, spacious and quiet. In room dining was divine. Great food and reasonably priced. Breakfast was okay just the usual hot food, some pastries and fruit with yoghurt. Fruit was not in season and not pleasant but otherwise was a very wonderful stay.

Beautiful view, big comfy bed, amazing shower, spa was really nice and so was the bar and lounge food was really good. Staff were really polite and all round the hotel was well looked with lots of facilities and a good price!
