My room didn’t match what I paid for
I was forced to pay more as the room advertised on hotels.com was completely different and smaller and did not have an extra bed as promised. Sofa bed did not work and I had a horrible taste me. I had to pay an extra $250 for the beds I was originally told I would have. Also, there is no mention of a $200 deposit for this resort, anywhere on your site or theirs and that put me in another financial bind. I’m so upset and so were my children. Hotels.com and this hotel need to be more transparent about hotel deposit policies as well as provide what I paid for. It was a horrible experience.

The location was the best part about our stay. It’s very close to the boardwalk & attractions. The staff were very friendly. Downside: the beds & pillows were very uncomfortable. I would stay here again if they had different beds

Beachside Resort exceeded our expectations. Rooms were very clean and staff was helpful. The hotel was two blocks from the center pier of the boardwalk, so once you park you don't need your car the rest of your visit. Everything is walkable. Definitely recommend and plan to stay here again on our next visit.

The staff was very nice, it was fairly clean. The room was very small, 2 double beds very uncomfortable. TV didn't work. A/C won't stay on. The pool was a joke. It was very close to the boardwalk.

Checkin was done late beyond check in time. Room floor was wet, slippery and mushy till the time we checked out. Rooms was stinky and the walking space outside the room was not clear. There were used towels left along with cigarrete ash. There was no parking and I had to park outside on the street. This been the best room of the hotel, I cannot imagine how other rooms would be.

Close to the boardwalk and attractions
Our junior suite was clean but much smaller than it appeared in photos. Though the suite was able to accommodate 8 guests, the desk/dining table only sat 2 people. There was no storage for clothing, luggage or toiletries but the beds were very comfortable. We were unable to utilize the pool or barbecues as there was a large family taking the entire pool area over. Be sure to ask about their parking policy as our car was almost towed because we were parked behind another car.
