This place is so cute! We are just staying for one night before our cruise but we want to come back! The staff was so friendly, the rooms are clean, the pool is great and the DJ is SO fun!

The place was clean, but the people seemed to be there just for a job. There was no extra friendliness or how can I make your stay great. The wi-fi was hit and miss. For the amount I paid I expected a little more.

Although the property is undergoing renovations- the craftsmanship of that renovation is lackluster. The exterior of the building façade is beautiful and the pool area looks to be an oasis. The rooms, the older and the “up-dated” could use more comfort. The lighting is horrid in the “up dated” rooms. Softer lighting than the harsh flush mounts on the ceiling are needed. Bed and pillows were mid grade and a bit uncomfortable. Towels were rough and not very soft and what you would find a low grade motel and not a hotel. The cobblestone halls, although cute, not viable for suitcases and is noisy when your sleeping and someone starts rolling a bag at 5am- that is a design flaw that should have been hammered out prior to up-dating. Some of the materials chosen for the update are low end commercial and feels not thought through enough for comfort and for a mid level luxury brand like Raddison. Overall the shuttle service that is offered and the location to the port makes this hotel a great spot for families awaiting their departure on a cruise.

This is our 2nd stay here and is our go to when we are in this area. These folks are professional and service minded. We were exhausted from our trip in and they graciously let us check in a little early. That meant a lot to us so THANK YOU! The resort is clean and we feel very safe here.
