Overall, the property was very nice. We loved the pool area. The dinner was great and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. The only thing that brought down the rating was that the room seemed old/outdated. As a whole, we enjoyed our stay!

The room was not clean, the rug was dingy and the sink was clogged . Maintenance was not available and they had to send security in stead to unclogged the sink that was not draining. The restaurant there had decent food !

Overall the convenience for cruise parking is exceptional - however you now must pay for parking which I did not know had changed and was not included in my stay. I was asked at time of check-in to pay. Also, when we returned from trip and was staying another night we had to pay just for hotel parking. That should not be the case for quests staying. The first night our room was upstairs - the air conditioning did not work well and the room stayed hot. The return night we were on first floor and air conditioning was fabulous.
