Room were okay and beds are comfortable to sleep. Guest service wasn’t available around 2:30am when I tried to purchase some bottled water, there were a couple also waited and didn’t get a chance to buy since no one was there. Waited about 20 minutes and not sure how long the person been away from the desk before I showed up.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was great. My son was upset the hot tub was not working. Free breakfast was fantastic since I was traveling with 2 teenagers who like to eat. Will definitely stay again.

Room was older than expected and the heater/air conditioning system was extremely loud so we had to turn it off. Then while in bed you could hear the same noise coming from either room above us or room below. Such a loud sound I had to sleep with my AirPods in. Some type of old school furnace system that vibrates the wall with the loud noise. If we weren’t so exhausted from travelling all day and checking in late we would have asked to move rooms but we were staying one night before heading on a cruise.

Works for pre-cruise
We always stay here pre-cruise. They are greats to work with. We do a one way car rental from MCO and drop off at the rental place on the same block as hotel and take shuttle. It works great for us.

Always a great choice
It was a one night stay after coming back from our cruise. Very nice accommodations. The only drawback was the customer service. The daytime staff is much more friendlier than the night time staff.
