Amazing customer service

Had originally been given a room we didnt book, and this was taken care of immediately without fuss. Customer service was top teir! Good pool, great hottub. Comfy bed. Breafast was so-so, but the 24/7 coffee and tea makes up for it. Shuttle is a bit pricey compared to an uber.

We got in early and had to wait over 3 hours for our room. Asked if we could have breakfast, initially said we would have to pay or walk over 3 miles to a cafe. Eventually said we did not need to pay.

Nice convenient place to the Port. Nice pool for the kids. Breakfast - not so good. Ran out of food quickly. Staff at the desk appeared annoyed when you would stop to ask a question. Robot responses -which were quick and made us feel like we were bothering them.

The hotel is getting long in the tooth but is kept spotless and completely usable. Transportation to cruise ships for $8 is a great deal. The check-in was ok but the person who did the check-in was very grouchy. Maybe because the crowd in front of us had noisy kids but an employee must regain their professionalism after dealing with problem customers. Nice and quiet and close to cruise ships, will use again.
