Made a mistake with booking forgot to add a 5 year old child on and the hotel wanted a extra $250 usd when yo book through hotel.com the extra is £20 bit of a difference I tried to just cancel and rebook and only got help from hotels.com not from the hotel who was just trying to get more and more money out of me. Food choice isn’t good the hotel needs renovations but most of the staff (apart from reception) are great

Overall experience was good and great facility. Food and staff was really good and service was pretty good. We had a swim out room and one of the days the pool was under repair or there was an issue and it didn't get resolved till the next day. The worst part was when I called the front desk they didn't have any response or knowledge of it. I finally had to go to the front desk to get information. The situation wasn't hasn't handled well or communicated properly. It kind of sucks that we pay the swim out for 4 nights and couldn't use it for one whole day and they didn't offer any compensation right away. We did inform guest services as we are checking out and they told us they will investigate. Hope we will get some compensation back.

Loved this property! The food and drinks actually exceeded my expectations for an all inclusive property… staff was friendly, Hunter steakhouse and Zen restaurant chefs kiss! The only issue we had was upon arrival room was not ready and we got 2 queen beds instead of a king… but everything else was amazing!

The food here is worth choir singing praises. Every meal was savory and mouthwateringly delicious. The beachside food truck had a jerk chicken special that had me under a towel eating during a quick rainfall, could not put it down. The rooms were nice offering great views. The path to Pigeon Island was amazing. The beach staff waiters and photographers were friendly and engaging. Obtaining transportation into town was seamless with arranged escorted roundtrip service. The excursions offered were epic as well.

There was an ant infestation in my room. I prepaid for packages only to be told that I didn't pay for them even though I produced a receipt. Check out was confusing because there were also people checking in and there was no clear direction. Otherwise, the cabana and the culinary experience were very nice. The food was delicious.

The stay was good. However the room we stayed in wasn’t as we expected. I’m assuming because it was booked through Expedia they gave us a crap room. I didn’t expect that to be the case but it was. They gave us an old room with some outdated equipment.
