Very nice Hotel and surroundings. Overall a Great experience. Staff very friendly. Only con, called down to front Desk 2nd night there to request a replacement wine bottle opener, “I’ll send one up” was the female’s ( name unknown) response, never received it in my 5 night stay?? Walked down to bar tender twice during my stay and he gladly opened them for me. but otherwise wonderful stay in a beautiful area. Would do again! Thanks

A beautiful hotel. Amazing views of the Rockies right out off out room balcony. Great service. Nice restaurant on site. Room had an espresso pod-based machine. But would have been nice to have complimentary coffee in the lobby as well as most upscale hotels do.
