We needed to cancel due to having all our money , credit cards and bank cards stolen and hotels.com tried to contact them many times to wave the cancellation fee and they never responded to them after many tries. Will not even attempt to stay at this hotel again in the future. Pour customer service

Train truck right behind your window. We asked for one more night to stay and we were given one price and told that we can pay in the morning and when the morning comes price rise up to +$65. We informed by staff that there No manager on site or on call who can help us with this issue. Unfortunately it’s a First and Last time we stay there

The room we had faced the train tracks. It was so loud. Seemed like a train went by all night about half hour apart. The bed was also uncomfortable. I didn’t get much sleep.

The room is clean and the location is convenient. I like that there is a separate room with sofa and sink and even a second TV. The room should get 5 stars. The only downside is the window cover/curtain. The upper quarter of the window does not have any cover/curtain. That means you may wake up early in the summer morning, like 6 or 7am, because of the lights coming from the uncovered window. In the winter time, it should be OK.

The rooms were big and fully furnished. Mountain views were amazing. The jacuzzi, pool and sauna were clean and nice to have. Overall all best bang for your buck.
