From looking at the simple outside of the property, we were pleasantly surprised how cozy, charming and clean our room was. Also, the view from our window with the moutains was calming. Pleasant stay.

Great price, great stay, responsive staff (via text mainly but can speak to staff in person in office/cafe in afternoon), modern upgraded rooms, nice Nespresso machine and coffee in room. Hot tub out of action as it’s being upgraded which was a shame but we went to Banff hot springs instead.

We liked the location and the suite. The walls are very thin and so even walking from above unit was very loud. The heating unit was clicking all night, along with loud bangs every hour. We also didn’t like that the bed duvets were not covered in any linen.

while the base camp properties are clean and decent their commitment to customer service is definitely lacking as in customer satisfaction is NOT their number one priority
