The rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and professional. We had an issue with our key the morning we were leaving and it was handled very quickly so we could be on our way. Good value for the price … thanks!

Nice hotel and good location

Nice hotel in a great location near the brewery and restaurants. Lots of parking. You have to go outside to get to the pool to go outside so remember sandals!

No GOLD VIP perks here! The staff refused to honor the free room upgrade, even though there were multiple options available. This property should not be listed as VIP. They actually expressed a lot of annoyance and inconvenience with Expedia guests, so perhaps they should be removed from the platform entirely to relieve them of the responsibility of honoring Expedia promotions that customers expect. Also expect to pay a surprise daily parking fee here upon check in. I've stayed in Canmore a lot and this is the only hotel I've come across that charges for guest parking.

Not like: sparse room furniture more like a college dorm, no proper vanity around sink, no microwave Check in ; Took 3x to visit desk due to new computer program although staff were very pleasant and did the best they could. Was only there for a night but it was lovely, the staff were very kind and the room was cute. The bathroom didn’t seem super clean but it wasn’t a big deal. Had breakfast at the restaurant there in the morning and it was delicious, plus the views of the mountains were stunning! I would definitely visit again so I can see more of the property and facilities

Our stay was fine, it was nothing outstanding. The room we were in was on the first floor so really noisy. The beds also don’t have a headboard so uncomfortable to watch tv in bed.
