O quarto deixou a desejar nos detalhes. Banheiro com janela mal pintada, paredes do quarto com peças quebradas ou fora do lugar. Bom hotel, mas tem que cuidar também dos detalhes.

Very good hotel
It was very good. Breakfast was super delicious. Unfortunately because pandemic it was no possible to use swimming pool. It was very clean and staff very friendly.

Sempre ficamos nesse hotel, mas nas últimas vezes temos algumas reclamacoes. Quando do check in tinham 3 rapazes na recepção e nenhum deles se levantou pra nós ajudar a tirar as malas do carro, eu desci com 3 bolsas pesadas e os três nem se movimentaram, mas tive que pagar a porcentagem de 10% do serviços da estadia, pessimo, outra questão e limpeza dos quartos e principalmente das piscinas e outros deixa muito a desejar. A piscina e o ofurô estavam com a água cheirando muito Mal, e è a segunda vez que isso acontece. Quanto ao café da manhã, também não é o mesmo que era qdo ficávamos nesse hotel. Infelizmente qualidade zero. E eles tem um "concierge" que na verdade e aqueles chatos que querem te vender as cotas de resort. Como está proibido a abordagem na rua, agora eles se disfarçam dentro dos hotéis. Nào volto mais e não recomendo.

É sempre uma surpresa, na última hospedagem atendimento péssimo do pessoal da noite e fora que fui duas vezes na madrugada a recepção pra pegar bebidas e não havia ninguém lá. Mas o quarto havia sido bom. Nesta hospedagem o atendimento foi bom mas o quarto no segundo andar era péssimo. Muito barulho durante todo o tempo. Uma bateção de porta e gente conversando alto por diversas vezes durante toda a noite. Café da manhã de na diária de domingo para segunda era péssimo. Tudo gelado com aparência de velho. E sem contar que neste dia estava muito frio e o aquecimento geral não estava funcionando pq segundo um funcionário eles haviam esquecido de acender a caldeira.
