Proche du centre et de la plus belle plage

L'endroit est juste magnifique, la belle plage juste en face de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont BASIQUES et même la pression des toilettes est très mauvaise et la chasse d'eau ne fonctionne pas bien. Mais l'endroit est incroyable et le mini-frigo est utile. Nous avons passé un très bon moment !

We stayed here for 5 nights and if you’re looking for a fabulous location at a great price this is it. Unfortunately for us, we would have probably stayed elsewhere due to a few things. There is no WiFi in the rooms. You can only access WiFi in or immediately right outside the lobby. The room was very outdated. The bed was harder than we would like and the pillows were very flat. Things like a hair dryer or coffee machine were not provided. We did have to ask for wash cloths and hand towels as well. The door to the room only had a simple push button lock which made me nervous. Construction was going on and the noise was very intrusive. When we tried to take a mid day nap it was pretty much impossible. Noise from others walking up the steps off the outside balcony late at night were also very loud. If you want the included breakfast you need to walk about 2 blocks. We never did take this option so I can’t speak to what they had. Again the location is phenomenal and the price couldn’t be beat but just due to the amount of other things we wouldn’t go back.

We really enjoyed our stay here, right next to the best swim spot on the island, and the back rooms really have that old school, Mexico charm that seems to be disappearing rather quickly. A short walk to the main walking street and all the taco stands which we really enjoyed. This will definitely be our go to spot on the island.

weve stayed at this property several times the last few years, they have made substantial improvements/ front desk area, removal of old hut rooms, installation of new patio area and a updated fresh vibrant paint color. Rooms are good with AC and ceiling fan and always a hot shower. The grounds and pool area are always clean. I usually go swimming and snorkeling everday and it is literally right there and the FREE continental breakfast at buhos.The downside: A little bit of a walk to get stuff, no wifi in room and no english speaking channels 😑. we didn't come to Isla to watch tv but it would be very nice to use your phone in the room. PS price is very good as well, its a win win

Great little place

Affordable. Waterfront. Great pool area and garden. Love seeing the ocean from my balcony. Plenty of shade. They provide endless water, beach towels, and simple breakfast. Clean and excellent location.

The view was so beautiful..close to the snorkeling spot and the views are the best ..about 100 steps from Norte beach …awesome restaurant called garden grill for breakfast/lunch and few doors down is Grill their sister restaurant that serves dinner all so so delicious

Wanted to check this place out so we stayed for 1 night of a 7 night vaca. Location is great. They have been updating the resort with new paint, etc. Good value for the $$. Water pressure on Isla is hit or miss and here it was terrible, for that reason we would prob not stay here again.

We love the Villa Kiin and have stayed there 3 times. They are doing a renovation so it was a little inconvenient. We had to watch out for nails and screws on the ground which was a little dangerous when it was dark out. The location is amazing. You don’t need to rent a golf cart if you stay there, it’s very walkable. If you want to go to the other end of the island l would recommend renting a golf cart for the day. Taxi service is right by the motel so you never have to worry about getting around. The interior of the rooms are outdated, having said that I don’t care about that stuff. Who knows what they are doing with the renovation. There are water coolers around the property so we just refill our bottles rather than buying bottled water all the time.

My third time here! I love coming back. Elia at the front desk is the best! They made a lot of improvements since August. I like the new paint color. Maybe they can have wifi in the next few years though :)

The property is in a beautiful spot, steps to the beach and a bit of a walk to restaurants. I would have said excellent except for one thing, almost no english speaking TV. I know, we don't go to the tropics to watch TV, but at night if you aren't a partier, it's nice to sit back and catchup with what's going on in the real world. Everyone I met was English speaking so why not have a few stations that speak it.

Beautiful facility and grounds. Right on Playa Norte. Facility was clean, bathrooms are nicely updated. The furniture and bedding could use an update, along with the lighting. Proximity to beach and town make this a very reasonably trade off. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

The beds and pillows need to be updated. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows are flat and hard as well. a rug on the floor inside the rug and m would be great. I am hoping the beautiful new reception area will include some amenities such as coffee and hot water for tea. The location is absolutely stunning. The grounds are also beautiful and very well kept. Staff was very nice.

This hotel is in an incredible spot. You are literally 30 seconds from stepping out onto the beach. The staff are friendly and non intrusive. The wifi is terrible. If this is important to you, I would avoid this spot. You can message family or use the wifi only in the immediate reception area. For the price of the hotel, I expected better coverage. The hotel included a breakfast that is served at an adjacent restaurant (about 2 blocks away). We did this breakfast on the first morning and then skipped it. It was watered down juice, instant coffee and a piece of french toast style bread.
