First time at this resort. We thought everything was clean and well kept. We are pretty spontaneous and don't like to plan so having to make reservations a day or more in advance for most restaurants was very annoying to us. Food was good but didn't take my breath away. They don't really allow food outside by pools or at beach, we think to keep birds away. After you get used to it, it's not a big deal. Hardly any birds around, so it does work. The bartenders seem to ignore you sometimes when standing at bar ordering drinks, even when tipping every time. It's a pretty large resort and was full to capacity yet didn't seem crowded at all. Plenty of chairs at beach and pools. We had our teenage kids with and felt very safe letting them run around on their own. Overall a very good experience and would go back.

We just got back on Saturday, Feb 1! Overall, we had a nice experience. The beach isn’t the greatest, so we hung out at the pool most of the time. Would be fantastic if Dolores had maple syrup or any type of syrup at the crêpe station. Cafe Aroma to get another CD. We heard the same CD over and over again for one week, and it was a bit annoying by day 7. All in all, a good time was had by all.

We booked at the Ventus for 2 weeks with a group of 6 - 2 babes, 2 older adults and 2 middle age. There was something for all of us! The Ventus is attached to the 'Marina' property and is essentially the same resort. The 'Ha' is just across the road. There are SO many pools with whatever vibe you are looking for. The restaurants/buffets are amazing and KOBO (Japanese) is an absolute must! Due to the sheer size of the resort, it can be hard to get to know the staff but we really enjoyed Jorge at the breakfast buffet, Brian at the Mercado and Enrique at the dinner buffet. Thank you for an incredible holiday!

Everything pretty good, they hijack you at check in to “upgrade your room” food was good but a bit repetitive,check out was easy, really liked mimosas at the buffet, great pool service,Luis,not much to do for little ones under 5 , especially rainy days, good entertainment in lobby bar nightly
