Our family of four, including children ages 5 and 3, loved this resort! The staff was kind and helpful, food was delicious, and the resort was clean and well maintained. The beach for us was a HUGE positive because it allowed our kids to walk into the ocean without massive waves. They searched for fish, rocks and shells. For small kids this was perfect! We can't wait to return. Thank you for the memories Ventus!

We had a wonderful time at the Ventus at Marina El Cid & Spa. The resort was beautiful, staff was very friendly, restaurants served high quality food with lots of options, and service was incredible. There were lots of activities for the kids and the pools provided lots of fun for them too - foam party, waterslides, cliff jumping, volleyball, polo, and water games everyday. The only drawback to this resort is the beach. It is very narrow, has big sandbags blocking the swimming area, and it had a lot of green seafood washing up on it. We did not use it alt all. If the beach is not a huge priority, I would highly recommend this resort.

My first International Trip & with Family Members -13 total. It was Fabulous! Always something to do, view, eat or just relax either in your room or elsewhere. The only downfall we encountered was riding the Dolphins. The price this quite high & it should INCLUDE a photo of choice in a frame of each paid person VS another Extremely HIGH Priced photo afterwards- shame on them for that. I wish we would get that photo yet, as other family couldn’t even get CLOSE to take photos!

This was our second time staying at this property but our first time bringing our kids. We love this resort and we knew our kids would have an incredible time here and it did not disappoint. The food is incredible, something for everyone between the dinner buffets and restaurants for supper. The kids could not get enough of jumping off the cliff and playing water volleyball. We love that there is a "fun" pool with lots of music and activities but there are several other pools to choose from that are quiet and more relaxing. The coffee shop is also wonderful! We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this resort and would highly recommend to anyone.

Great resort. Have stayed here 3 times. Supper friendly and lovely staff! Food/ restaurants are also great and easy to book. Best part is it's relaxed feel....can go down to pools/ beach at 10am and still get a lounger. Only issue this year was that our daughter turned 13-years old, which Ventus considers a 'junior' and charged an extra $329 USD for the week. Ended up getting a refund for the extra cost from Expedia, but took a lot of back-and-forth emails after initially being told nothing could be done. We loved this resort and will book here again.
