Our home is very huge, clean and bed is comfortable. This hotel is last on the hotel strip were we like cause it’s quite . Bus is just outside if you want to go out and explore the hotel strip. Safe area cause we saw a lot of police drive around the strip.

Property was beautiful on the outside. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were even given an upgraded room with a balcony. Problem was with the room. The bathroom flooded when I tried to use the tub. Room needed repairs to furniture. AC would not cool room below 21.5 degrees no matter how low you put the temperature. Staff was quickly able to fix the leak within one hour.

Situated at the south part of big seven hotel area, close to beach, beautiful ocean view room, friendly and helpful staff, and abundant activity options at the concierge desk, we enjoyed a wonderful and unforgettable vocation at Westin resort.

I have to say the staff was excellent and friendly. I needed some help at the concierge desk and they were great. The only thing that was odd was that we were walking around the property the morning we were to leave, and when we went to get into the elevators we found our keycard had been deactivated at 10am, the official checkout time! I have to say I have never had that happen. We went to the checkout desk and he said we were allowed 1 more time to use the key to get into our room. The property is at the far end of Cancun so to get anywhere it is quite a drive. The restaurant was just ok, expensive for what you get. The place was clean but kind of rough around the edges.

This was our first time not staying at an all inclusive resort, and we could not be any happier. Love this property the pools, the activities the food at the restaurants the accessibility to transportation we took the bus daily. The most importantly, the beach, which is always clean and chairs were always available. We highly recommend this property to friends and family to couples couples with young children wheelchair accessible. It was a great stay, and we will be repeat customers we wish that all the rooms would have balconies. We were given one with the view of an ocean, but without a balcony that is the only downfall but other than that, this was an amazing experience an amazing stay.
