Very friendly staff and concierge services were magnificent. Beautiful, clean resort with awesome views and delicious food. We had a great time and the rooms were clean with a very comfy bed. We’ll be back for sure!

The bad: Property was decent for price. Pool area doesn’t have enough lounge chairs and they’re always taken. No cash is accepted in bar. Time share sales staff is very aggressive. They called early am and woke us up twice during our stay. Didn’t fall for the “free gift/ Starbucks voucher” Food in pool restaurant was not good. The good: Staff is friendly. Hotel is clean. Good location. Price is good. Nice pool area, there’s two! Easy beach access.

The only thing I didn’t like was the amount of walking, specifically the walk to our room. We were on the 3rd floor, which was fine, but our room was at the END of the third floor! My friend has a bad right knee and left ankle, and I have MS, so the amount of walking was grueling. My fault, I’ll know in the future to request a room close to the elevator. I’m sure if I had told them the situation they would have changed our room, but I didn’t.

I will be doing a full review on my YT. Check in lady was amazing. Marketing for sales presentation “staff” was overbearing and invasive of privacy and personal space. Even interrupted me while I was on live stream (data captured) to write on their form that I make over $110k yr although I checked on form that I made over $100k. Sales rep stated I need to write it and sign it. Called me 4 times to discuss. No microwave in unit. Only microwave was a 6 min walk to a market. Microwave behind staff counter and you have to advise them how much time Room was great but Ibdont understand why they had 2 down comforters and 4 sheets on the bed. Food I ordered was amazing. Food service was very courteous. Transportation staff was very courteous as well. I will have a more detailed review with footage on my YT very soon. I will tag Expedia & Westin/MARRIOT
