Most of the servers were nice and friendly. Management was not very nice to us. They kept painting around our balcony. Paint splashed all over our balcony, the kids pool floats, and our cloths that were drying outside in the balcony. When I contacted the front desk to make them aware of the issue, they just said sorry and it would be another 4 hours of this. I had to call again 5 hours later to let them know the balcony is in terrible shape from all the paint that covered the floors and chairs. I had to clean the paint off of our personal belongings myself. Housekeeping finally came a little while after I called to try to clean the mess up. The balcony was in such a bad shape that he had to call for extra help from someone else to help with the cleaning. In addition to all of that, there was constant banging and loud chatter from people doing maintenance on the building. Food was also not so great. In fact some of the servers recommended against specific dishes because they also disliked them. There is a severe lack of servers and high chairs for children. Most times we asked for a high chair the server would disappear and not come back. Also the few shows at the Gran Salon that are offered is almost impossible to get into. I have reserved days in advance but was only able to find one spot for one show. It was just stressful being there.
