3rd trip to the resort and we'll be back. Our only negative was not being able to upgrade with VIP benefits until 3 days into stay so it wasn't worth it to us to repack and move. Our room was ok other than lots and lots of stairs & noise from the night party until 2am.

This resort delivers on the promise of a great party! While they do have a quiet pool for people to take a break, I can’t speak to it. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation - this is not the resort for you. The staff were very friendly and super attentive. I felt incredibly safe. And the food was excellent (some of the best resort food I’ve had). Never had trouble getting into an a la carte restaurant, and the buffet was terrific for all meals. The entertainment staff work so hard and throw an amazing party every day with a different theme. The games are more R rated, another factor to consider with this resort if that makes you uncomfortable. If you want to have a great time with welcoming, non-judgemental people, go here!

It’s a nice resort. A lot of fun, guest are very friendly and entertaining especially if you like to people watch and socialize. There’s several restaurants and food options however some restaurants are better than others as far as quality. Overall it’s a good experience and a lot of fun!

Temptation is the place to be, staff and employees are amazing. Parties at the pools, evnets with the staff is so entertaining and gets everyone to know one another. I will be back soon. I was told I would get a room upgrade if there was availability, I wish there was it would have been amazing

Disrespected by staff. When i talked to a supervisor they brushed it off and said they would talk to a manager about doing something for our time wasted and my wife being told she can't eat. Ended up leaving the resort. Nothing ever came about. I then explained my disgust before we left and was told "we will upgrade you next time". Why would income back and how often do you think i will keep coming back. This was when we tLked to the expedia rep. Dont feel valued as a customer. Too many issue to have. They didnt know about the excursion until the day before so we just skipped it.

Just the absolute best time at Temptations. The staff are all incredible and make you feel welcome as soon as you are in the driveway. Always friendly and helpful and they make sure you are having a great trip. It is a very fun, safe environment with everyone feeling welcome. The views from our room and the rooftop bar were spectacular, all around the property the design and decor was beautiful. The daily entertainment does an excellent job at getting everyone engaged and in a great mood. At night they put on some jaw dropping acts which every guest should attend. Again, every single staff member is AMAZING! Always positive experiences. We cannot wait to go back
