The property is cleaned and well organized. The services and staff are very friendly. We will definitely come back to visit this property. Few cons: The location is very up north of Cancun and in the middle of no where. It’s great if you just looking for a place to relax and stay in the resort. There could be some improvements with the foods. They need to add more flavors and show some love to the foods. We tried 5 restaurants and I think most decent one was tentaziones. The other 3 were not impressive at all, there were many times we couldn’t enjoy our meal.

I certainly enjoyed my stay at TRS Coral hotel. When I walked into the lobby, I’m attracted and impressed by the good scent and cleanliness. Staff are very friendly and professional. Daniel at reception and our night butler Sofia were very helpful during our stay. We enjoyed swimming pool, beautiful beach and sea. Also good food from the resort. YUL, the bartender from Bar Sante, she is so good in making drinks!!!! Loved that! Overall, we had a great time at TRS coral! Definitely recommended!

The food and drink options here are very good. We only had a couple of eating experiences that were still good but not exceptional. The pool area is extremely relaxing and easy access to rooms and restaurants surrounding it. Above all else, the staff here is incredible. From bartenders to servers, from butlers to front desk worker, every person we interacted with here was very friendly and always quick to help with anything. We loved nightly cocktails with Raul at the bar next to La Bomeme. Our Butlers, Cristofer, Tariq and Fernando were all top notch and happy to help. Alex at the pool was always near by and ready to clean up your sunglasses and get you a seat and umbrella. We loved our stay here and hopefully will be back soon!

The resort was beautiful! The staff was amazing! We literally felt like we were VIP the whole stay! My wife and I stayed in the loft suite jacuzzi terrace with ocean view! The butlers from building 2, (Misael and Edwin) and building 1 (Lizbeth and Benji) were so great! They took care of all our needs/requests. Our server on the beach, Alberto, kept the drinks and shots coming! Angel taught us how to ride the paddle boards! Julio, the waiter from the steakhouse restaurant, El Gauche, was the best! David & Manual took care of us at every dinner, making sure our food was cooked to our request and bringing out delicious desserts with sparklers! We also loved the couples massage and hydrotherapy at the spa!

We stayed at TRS for five nights and left February 21. We had a fantastic time. The service was excellent. No complaints there at all. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. Beach was amazing. I particularly liked the music that played throughout the resort as well. I would definitely recommend people to stay here! Alcohol selections were top tier! I wanted to say a special, thank you to a few people that particularly made our stay very welcoming, wonderful and special. Robert at the TRS pool bar- you are the best!! Agustin with the membership group, Josue at Capricho and Angel the waiter and Angel the chef at Capricho, Juan at Helios for breakfast as well as the team that assisted us for breakfast and lunch at Helios . Thank you! Also thanks to Afrain at the GP lobby bar who makes the best skinny mojitos, And I wrote down his name but cannot find it- the gentleman at the coffee place at TRS In the morning (in between the Italian and French restaurant) I believe it starts with an “e” thank you!! Also to our waiter from our first evening at el Gaucho. Thank you to David for checking on us (hotel manager) Also to our butlers Karime and Oscar. Thank you!

We had the best time at TRS Coral. Everything is just as great as all the reviews and all the pictures. We celebrated 3 lifetime couple friendships ... all 6 of us have recently turned 50. This was the perfect place. We were there 4 nights and 5 days. We experienced as much as we could and loved it all. If you are debating where to go. Go here. Rooms were great, the grounds were great, the pools, the beach, the entertainment, the drinks. The food looked amazing and tasted ... fine :) The staff really makes it wonderful too. From grounds crews to cart drivers to wait staff. Everyone goes out of their way to make it a wonderful vacation. You don't have to find them ... they will find you and ask what you need. Special shout out to our Butlers while we were there. Naysin, Adrian and Brian. They were incredible and were always willing to help out anything we needed. (Reservations, Room service, you-name-it). Also a plus that it is north of Cancun a bit and on a great stretch of beach (protected a bit by Isla Mujeras). Can't say enough good things.

Stayed here for my birthday week and it was very relaxing. The Zentopia spa was to die for! I went twice during my stay and easliy spent most of my day there. The food selections were also great. A lot to choose from. The butler service was also great, timely communication and updates were always provided. Always daily activities available to do, and the butler will schedule things for you and let you know recommendations as well onsite. The staff overall is very friendly and welcoming. My only complaint was for housekeeping stealing money from my wallet while i was out on my 2nd day so I took away a star because of this. My bag was put away in the closet and was still messed with. I did notify the butler and manager of the incident at the end of my trip but ensured to lock my things away the remainder of my time there. Nothing else seemed tampered with again after that. Besides that one incident i had a great experience overall.

We had an absolutely incredible stay, thanks to our butlers, Adrián Naysin and Brian! Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made our experience unforgettable. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The resort itself was stunning—impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and featuring breathtaking junior suites that were both luxurious and comfortable. The dining experience was exceptional, with a great variety of dishes and top-notch service at every restaurant. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we can’t thank the entire TRS staff enough, including Manuel, the Chef, and David, the Manager on Duty, for making this trip so special. Food is absolutely terrible. Alcohol is also clearly bootleg or modified. Nothing tastes right. I got so violently ill. Ruined my entire vacation. I’ve had better food at a Hampton inn. It’s extremely disappointing.

Had an amazing stay at TRS Coral and would highly recommend! Our thanks to the staff who really made our stay special: David and Manuel who would magically find us every evening around dinner to check in and ensure we were being taken care of (especially with my gluten allergy)! I can honestly say I've never randomly hugged a staff member but it's such a relief knowing that they had my back. The team of George, Naim and Raul who put together the best dinner experience I've had at all inclusive in the Tentazione Wine Cellar. Worth seeking out this hidden gem for a special occasion or a romantic evening. Our fabulous buttlers Jesus & Monse. We were never stressed about making reservations, rushing around looking for something or even random questions. They worked seamlessly together and were always ready with a friendly greeting when running into them around the resort and quick to reply on whatsapp. Jocelyn, our lovely housekeeper always took great care to ensure the room was clean and relaxing after our days enjoying the resort and was incredibly polite. A note about the room... we indulged in the two story terrace suite - worth every penny. Having a quiet/private space to read (or nap) during the day on the balcony and then soak in the jacuzzi at night was the best. We will work on our Spanish and can't wait to return with the kids - thank you for a memorable vacation!

For me, it was the best resort. It was so nice to have the best hotel and service. In particular, the service manager, David, and the main chef, Miguel, always took good care of us. One drawback was that the expected $600 hotel credit was replaced by a $600 discount coupon book and was not worth it. So, I couldn't use any of it. Nonetheless, the TRS Coral Hotel was the best hotel for me.
