We went there for 10 night total group of 16 people 8 kids and 8 adults and thats the most boriest hotel ever, there is no kids activities, food are same for breakfest and lunch no buffet on dinner which is did not mention on their we site if you like quite place then this hotel is for you staff and personel no comments they are the best

Great great great hotel!!! Great for traveling with little kids, loved the little water park, many activity options for kids. Everyone was very nice!!! Offered room cleaning every day. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sensor, staff were excellent, food was excellent with a good variety. Hotel was immaculate, our room as immaculate and the bed was so comfortable, in fact best bed we have ever slept in ever during any vacation.

Oliver Ochor in the Pool Service made the best latte He’s super nice sweet amd friendly The staff are amazing super friendly and accommodating but the resort needs to offer more activities at night and during the day, also more dining options Other than that everything is good!

Resort infrastructure is beautiful and it has a lot of potential to be rated higher but needs lots of maintenance. No A.C in hallways or common areas like the lobby, game rooms, etc. Or if there is A.C it didn’t not work properly the 4 days we stayed. Lots of areas of the kids which in theory is great but need lots of cleaning and maintenance. Waterpark for kids is great and was the favorite spot for our kids. Staff ja very friendly and attentive. Food was very good in quality and presentation. We went on a low season week so there was not much going on. Room service was quick and always on point.

Expedia needs to update food court options and bar options. There were several food places not open. Very very limited food options. Only one place for food was open for breakfast all 6 days. In 6 days the dining options mexican restaurant only open 1 day, steakhouse dining 1 day. This leaving us only 1 option for dinner except 2 nights there were only 2. Buffet was closed for remodling. Elevators not working most ot the time. Very short staffed not very quick to clean up beach clutter. Tennis court closed. Mini golf was in poor condition.

Beautiful resort with all kinds of amenities and personal attention, very impressed by the place. From the minute you arrive, you are treated as royalty, wet towels, valet parking, gourmet restaurant (need reservations). The Infinity pools, are top notch, they have an adults only pool. I can't say enough about the place. the Entire staff was just awesome!.

Family with 4 kids. Plenty!!! of kids activities. Tons of fun at the pool area with entertainment team. Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful with anything you need. We have a variety of personalities with our kids, one is super shy, quiet, and reserved, one knows no stranger in life, one loves video gaming and other games like air hockey, and things, and one who wants to do anything and everything for the experience. This resort has something for absolutely anyone and everyone! The late night shows are in an area where the sound can be as loud as they want, without bothering people who like to end the night early. Night club for adults to have fun, kids club that all of our kids LOVE! And plenty of other adult and kid activities. You will never be board or uncomfortable. There are so many reviews in regards to the food… I’m here to say, let not your heart be troubled. This place has amazing food and lots of choices on their menus. Our favorite was the breakfast buffet. The snack bar/ coffe shop for lunch, and we never got anything we didn’t like from any of the other locations. The late night kiosko snack bar was perfect for late night snacking. We have a very picky eater in our family and we never had a problem finding something at any time. Our personal opinion on the other reviews regarding bad food, I think they are beyond picky or are perfectionists, or something of the sorts. This place serves many people with great food quality. We will absolutely be back again

The resort and all the staff were exceptional. We were there in what was considered low season so it was quiet but still excellent service and facilities. The kids provision was far better than we expected (kids club, soft play, kids pool, mini cinema, trampolines, games room, mini golf). Food and drink quality was great - a la carte restaurants fantastic. The team / staff could not do more for you. We had to extend our stay twice due to medical reasons and they were nothing but accommodating. Great little beach with soft white sand. Great for sandcastles. Seaweed issue / but they’re doing what they can with that - it is the same is all resorts in the area. Would definitely recommend.
