I am Samer Elsalman from Jordan Chris the entertainer is very friendly, talented and funny. I had a great time playing bingo with Chris Gustavo the bar man at the pool is very nice and friendly. Alex the pool guy is very helpful

Excellent resort! The location is superb, beach is gorgeous and very spacious. Resort itself is beautiful, feels very well maintained with excellent food options (the buffet was excellent). Service was incredible. Would absolutely recommend this place in Cancun!

My two children and I spent the New Year holiday at this resort. It was nothing short of amazing! The accommodations, service, entertainment, and amenities were better than we expected, and we had high expectations based on referrals. The waitstaff (Darwin, at breakfast) was attentive, polite, and fun! The poolside Vibe team (Luigi) and the fitness team (Aidan and Sharon) were energetic and fun, providing the perfect mix of entertainment and downtime. Our pool concierge, Alejandro, enhanced our experience, providing lively conversation and excellent service. We will return!

Amazing property, the workers REALLY do try to make it as fun as possible. But some workers around the pool area were so rude. However, majority of the staff, the butlers, the “Vibe Team” were all wonderful.

My husband and I stayed at Royalton Chic Cancun for 4 nights. We've stayed at a lot of AIs over the years and this was a great bang for your buck. Clean property, good food, excellent staff, and beautiful beach. Room - we had a oceanfront junior suite. It was beautiful. Had a king sized bed and couch area. Bathroom area was clean. It was nice having two sinks. Diamond club - we opted for DC based on other reviews. We liked the idea of the separate beach and pool areas. It also comes with higher end liquor which is key at AI resorts. We also had access to the roof top parties, liquor and food but we never went as it was a party scene and we were looking to relax. Butlers - our room and DC came with 24/7 butlers. We had Ricardo and Gilbert who were outstanding. They walked us all around the resort, shared daily events, helped us book a private dinner, massage and our complimentary hydrotherapy (which was amazing). Food - everyone always expects Michelin star food at an AI. I don't get it. We've stayed at many AIs in Mexico over the years. The food was definitely far above average. The buffet was good but the individual restaurants were better. We tried Chopsticks (asian), Hacienda (mexican) and Vespa (Italian). Vespa was fantasic. Others were good as well. I'd give them an 8/10. Alcohol - it was not watered down. It would have been nice to have one more DC bar, but we made it work. The house wine was okay. You had to pay for nicer wine.

We had an awful sewer smell in our room. Also, when we went for a walk, the sidewalk had the same smell full of grey or black water. We think it came from the Royalton resort. The restaurants were amazing...excellent food, excllent service, extremely clean. The beach was super nice and the service on the beach were great. We will go back and just ignore the awful smell. We opened the patio door to let the smell out.

The resort was fine the beach and the view was nice ..I had issues booking the restaurant but the front desk helped us. Transportation was great , overall very good could be a little better the entertainment at the resort

The beach area qas our favorite aspect of our stay. The room with ocean view was also very good. Food and drink options were aaverage. The evening entertainment especially for New Years was really fun.

Booked an oceanfront king checked in to be Told no kings available would let us know when one becomes available, no call. Missed a night as our flight was canceled, they did not care and charged us anyway. We booked a final night for $1100 and were told we would need to check out and back in as this was a diamond preferred king bedded upgraded room. We checked out and went to the pool waiting for our room to be ready, never heard from our “butler” and went back to check at 430 that afternoon. Given our room and when we got to the room it was a you guessed it same two bedded room exactly one floor above where we were made to check out that morning. The food was average and the service was average too. They did nothing extra for diamond preferred so don’t waste your money. The rooftop pool doesn’t even have a swim up bar and drinks are not included there. I’ve been to Cancun many times and this was just ok.

This resort has beautiful views of the ocean, our room was huge and there was plenty of entertainment. The only complaints I have is that the bed was not comfortable and the rooms were too cold. I could not adjust the temperature in the room for the first two nights. I called maintenance the first night and they came to the room and did nothing. On the third night a different maintenance person came and was able to fix the problem. We chose this resort because we have also stayed at the one in Punta Canta DR and enjoyed it.
