The staff was AMAZING!! The room was great and was cleaned and restocked every day like clock work. For an all inclusive resort we thought the food was really good. The buffet and steakhouse were the best options!! We would definitely go back!

Food is excellent for an all-inclusive resort, entertainment is awesome,you won’t get bored in this resort. Pedro in the check-in counter was very accommodating and effecient and was able to check us in before the time. Junior, the waiter in the breakfast buffet is very attentive. Riu Palace is highly recommended and would like to go back with the kids.

We were skeptical about our travel however this was the absolute best decision we ever made!! The staff super friendly and you didn’t have to leave the hotel because they have everything you need!! If you go make sure to visit the steakhouse and get the lobster tails a 10/10.
