Very nice place room was beautiful but complained 5 different times trying to get the tv fixed was there for 8 days finally fixed on the day before we left was told story after story when it would be fixed, even had a repairman in the room on the 3rd day to look at it but never came back, wait staff, maid service they were all wonderful just that little thing with the tv pissed me off spending the kind of money I did I expected everything perfect

We stayed at this wonderful resort in Jan 2025. The food was very good, buffet was great, always refilling and cleaning the food area, plenty of choices for everyone, if you like lox you will love it here. The restaurants were very good, we especially loved the Italian restaurant, lamb chops were amazing, we ate here 3 times. The staff were always there, on the beach they asked you if you wanted a drink every time they passed. The rooms were great, loved the shower, beds very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this resort again.

Overall happy with our experience. It was clean and beautiful. The service was great, didn’t have one rude employee, they were all so attentive and hard working. Please remember to tip them. There were a few restaurants that weren’t my favorite, the quality of food was mediocre at times but then the last two we ate at were really good so it changed my mind. The beach was nice and calm with a nice area to swim. I would recommend this place, I think it was decent overall for the price. I guess if I had to say anything a little negative was the entertainment - it was a bit corny but still fun.

The staff is friendly, they are constantly cleaning, our room was always cleaned and well-stocked. The specialty restaurants were ok, although the Japanese restaurant was above average. The buffet was absolutely amazing. Entertaining at the main pool with tons of activities and the evening was quiet. The shows are good and the staff is entertaining.

Ordered transportation to and from the airport thru Expedia.Got screwed from mts transport from the resort to to the airport. The driver didn't speak English and dropped us off at the wrong terminal. Then where he dropped us off another guy running a private taxi charged us $50 extra to get us to the right terminal. A huge scam and fraud. Mts sucks.
