This was our second experience staying at an all inclusive. The first having been less than we would have wished feeling more like a herd of cattle being pushed through a crowd. This was a completely different experience! I’m pleased to say the food options were lovely. The staff all extremely pleasant and the bartenders more than generous. We would definitely return again to this beautiful spot.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced. Working with the front desk was a nightmare. Our ceiling leaked and had to move rooms, took a day to figure out what to do with us. No communication, had to return to front desk several times. Said would move us to an upgraded room . Did not, moved us across the hall. Took pictures and front desk personal said yes, you are right that is not an upgrade. We're so disappointed in the hotel. Dinning was not as billed, buffet was cold option and dinner wait times were unacceptable. Would never return.

I stayed 4 nights. It was good. Housekeeping and bartenders and servers were exceptional. Front desk was the only thing off. I upgraded to Elite club when I came in which comes with a high floor room, exclusive elite club pool and you are able to make reservations on the app for dinner instead of waiting in line during busy dinner times. The only issue for me was the app - I couldn’t make dinner reservations like they said I could. First night the app wasn’t working and front desk couldn’t do anything about it and told me to go to customer service 10am next morning. I get in line and front desk made reservations for that night only for me. Like what about the other nights? I had to go back to front desk to make reservations again for the next night (night 3) and following night (night 4). I only stayed 4 nights. I had to make reservations at the front desk for all nights I stayed and I couldn’t get the restaurant I wanted for night 3 because they were all booked! Well if I could’ve booked it online then I would’ve gotten it! That was just annoying - why did I pay extra for reservations if I couldn’t make them on my own time and couldn’t pick out the time I wanted or the restaurant. I was better off without paying extra for elite club! Other than that, everything was fine. Food and drinks were good! Everyone else was fantastic - good customer service

OH MY GOODNESS! THE BEST VACATION EVER! My boyfriend and I came to Riu Kukulkan to celebrate our birthdays and we had a blast! They brought us champagne & decorated our rooms for our birthday. Everyone was so kind and the staff was ON it. The steakhouse was amazing, along with the food at the buffet. We enjoyed our time at the pool & the room was absolutely beautiful! The poolside activities such as beach volleyball and water aerobics were some of our favorites! We also went to the pink, neon and white party at the other Riu, which they offered us a free shuttle to! We had a BLAST! We can’t wait to book another trip to Kukulkan!(:

After staying at Riu Palace Peninsula for two consecutive years, we thought we’d try the adult’s only here. Place is new, very clean and well laid out. The buffet was a disappointment because it was smaller with fewer options. Overall, great place with staff that do a great job.

The best resort ever. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by amazing staff. Check in was fast and efficient. The welcome glass of champagne was wonderful. Our luggage arrived late and the staff informed us when it arrived. Our housekeeper adaleid was marvelous. It was my birthday and they out a towel cake with rose petals on the bed along with a bottle of champagne. The In room bar has top notch liquors , the refrigerator was well stocked every day. The entertainment was great. Had live music in the restaurant every night. The food was terrific. The waitstaff was So friendly and helpful. Large variety. The pools was wonderful and the bars was nice. The ground ms was well maintained and beautiful

Excellent place & service. Size is just right. The only reason I did not give all 5 is because their pillows/linens smell & I’m very sensitive about it.
