Property was very clean, beach was beautiful and clean. Pools were plenty and pool bar service good. Food was below average with exception of Krystal’s. Buffet was very good and better option than restaurants. Room doors close very loudly and woken up several times by slamming doors in the hallway. Lots of children there and not much separation in the pools, side by side with parents and children sharing adult side sitting.

We went to every restaurant and the food was very good as well as the buffet. All the staff were very kind and courteous. We made sure to tip the servers and staff that worked hard to keep the facilities clean. Hopefully other people tip the staff that keep the facilities clean. They work extremely hard all day keeping the facilities very clean. I noticed the bartenders make way more tips than others. So we made sure to tip the other staff. We had a great overall experience and would probably return.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The resort is really beautiful and clean. There is also a lot of different food options. What we didn’t really like was the drinks. Drinks are really watered down, but other than that I highly recommend this resort.

Excellent stay. Highly recommend. Food was fantastic and fresh. Love the concept of not having to have reservations for any of the restaurants. This is very important for people traveling. Also, the entertainment, cafe with artisan coffee and desserts was perfect!! Only down side is there is only one shop. Perhaps some vendor stands to help supplement would be a nice option.
