This hotel is at the end of the hotel zone (shape of 7). The closet bus stop of R1 is Westin. Then I booked Uber for the rest distance. I heard from a tour guide that the bus stop will be extended to this hotel. That would be awesome! The review on the top of the roof pool is great.

Nice property, great amenities, nice rooms, no views to speak of, but about as far away from the heart of the hotel zone as you can get. The bus system in Cancun is excellent and it beats trying to find parking, but the nearest bus stop is over a mile away, and there is really nothing substancial to look at if you enjoy walking. A rental car is a must for this property.

It was perfect for us, we just needed an overnite hotel. But if you were staying longer it would be great. Kitchen with cooking utensils anglasses, coffee pot, annd coffee. The bed was comfortable.

UPON CHECKING IN- MAKE SURE YOU HAVE WHAT YOU BOOK

I booked for King size bed, ocean view, with $20 F&B credit but didn’t get all that. Instead, I was given a room that’s way too far from the elevator. Don’t get me, I requested for a room away from the elevator but NOT WAY too far, with 2 full beds and parking/freeway view not to mention the noise coming from all vehicles in the freeway. I called the front desk, given another room but this time next to the elevator, facing the ocean but NO ocean view and still two beds. No one is really paying attention to details and listening to guest. Very disappointed but I’m here to relax but I see how could be ruined by things like this. I wish I’d get portion I paid for the view and king size bed
