Check in process took longer than usual cause room was not clean when it was time to check in. After they gave us the room jacuzzi was dirty, we told the bell boy but he said we can call front desk but he is not responsible for that. That night we couldn't sleep cause it was so noisy room provided ear plugs and hotel staff said it was normal because of "Dia de los muertos". Next day without too much sleeping we went to the beach were the hotel serves the guests picked an empty spot and asked for a drink to which they responded "service starts at 10am (it was 9am). I went to the hotel bar and brought drinks but at 10am no one started to offer the service in the beach, we started to see someone almost at 11am when they said we have to move cause we didn't reserved that bed. I asked what was the process of doing so and the guy from the hotel made me look and said, this is for the guests, and lift my arm to show him the all inclusive band in my hand and he said you still can't use that bed cause you didn't reserved it. I told him that i was not aware of the process to reserve it. He said you can ask in the front desk but for now you need to leave this bed. I told him he was discriminating cause i was speaking spanish and he never made an effort to help me to reserve that bed even when it was vacant when I found it so I figure it was just a matter to pay for it but no one allowed me to do so. Transportation services weren't convenient either, i recommend not to use the ones offere
