Good property, food was good-average, plenty of choices though the restaurants get a long wait list right away. The beach was not good during this time, waves were too strong and too much sea weed…we had to go to isla’s for beach time. I personally disliked the no AC in some of the restaurants and lobby. It was average, we enjoyed our time hut I would not stay here again.

We had an emergency by the pool and the staff rushed to help us and get an ambulance, they helped get a ride back to the resort and checked on us daily to make sure we were doing better.

Service was great, most of the staff was friendly, especially the girls in camp alltra and the other entertainers. Food was amazing, I love the fact that you are concerned about allergies and vegetarians. The only downside for us was the fact that our room was very close to the renovation that is going on, so our balcony was always dusty and it ended up getting inside the room as well.

Our first room was clean with a nice shower and comfortable beds. A/C was keeping things nice and cold but it was impossible to control the temperature other than switching from cold to vent. During our stay the sink in the bathroom fell down and shattered so we were moved to another room with a better view and a slightly different setup. The staff were very friendly, restaurants offered excellent food (especially the buffet), the swimming pool was nice even if not very huge, always full and with activities. This is a family resort and there were many families with children, even babies. The entire length of the ocean-facing beach for all hotels was infested with sea weeds making it not very inviting, even though it's very close. Overall a very nice stay. Highlights: amazing food, nice open hotel lobby, the sun and nice staff (especially at the buffet).

We’ve been coming to this specific resort for the last 16 years, was the first time ever I am leaving disappointed :(. The resort needs a full makeover, not just on the decor, but all the structure more than anything. The price is just no longer justified, and there’s extra cost for a number of things: room service, extra cost, want to sit outside to eat in one of the dining rooms, extra cost, coconut by the pool, extra. The last time we stayed here, this was ALL included. We tried the steakhouse and the Mexican restaurant, food had absolutely no flavor at all, sad this was so disappointing because this resort has been our go to for way over a decade! Resort was only at about 50% capacity and the pool was horribly dirty! Can’t imagine how it is with higher capacity. Little to no activities/entertainment throughout the day. I would for sure recommend you look for a newer/different property, there’s tons of choices in the Cancun area, sad this was our last stay here! :( But prices are just no longer justified!
