I wanted to share my recent experience at this hotel, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with several aspects of my stay. Firstly, the dining experience at the steakhouse was underwhelming. Our food took nearly an hour to arrive and was cold when it finally reached us. To make matters worse, our appetizer was completely forgotten. The wine was also lacking in flavor and didn’t meet our expectations. The overall experience at the hotel did not live up to the positive reviews I had read on Expedia. The service at breakfast in Paloma was disappointing, with one staff member displaying an unprofessional and rude attitude. Additionally, the hash browns and pancakes served were not fresh. For lunch, we decided to give it another try, but we waited an hour for a simple pizza. When we inquired, we were told there was only one chef available. This was completely unacceptable for an all-inclusive resort, as waiting an hour for a meal is unreasonable, especially during peak times when more staff should be available. Another issue was the aggressive upselling throughout the resort. On our way to breakfast at 8 AM, we were stopped and pressured for nearly 10 minutes to book a tour, which made us feel uncomfortable. Lastly, there was a persistent issue with the TV in our room, which never worked properly despite calling for assistance twice. All of these issues have left me extremely disappointed. I expected a much higher standard of service and quality during my stay.

Dont come here with kids. First, there is no lunch buffet. You need to order food at a table outside by the pools areas. And you can only order while sitting at a table- except there are barely sny tables as people sit there for hours, and there is not much food for kids. Second, the food itself was very cheap. Third there are hardly any activities, almost none for kids. This is my first and last time at this hotel. Its horrible compared to the amenities and food we had when we go to tulum. Its the bare minimum

I would change the tour people - they don’t tell the total story about cost - they upsell and fail to communicate the cost at the dock for the island - also failed to comment the time you will waste waiting on a travel back to the hotel - also claim the tour pkg I was up sold to was all inclusive except for carts and taxis -

We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo, which was great for the 5 of us. We were happy with the food. There were options for everyone. Our teenagers had a blast in the waves. They were a little too big for our 3 year old, but she loved all the pools. We had a great family vacation.
