Went here for a quiet, relaxing vacation with my sister and that is exactly what we got! All staff were so friendly, food was great, comfortable room. Small and cute space with a beautiful view!

Was a nice little resort to relax on vacation and enjoy the weather. Not a party resort! The downside to this resort was the cleanliness. Our bathroom faucet had some growth all over it and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. The windows to the room were absolutely filthy as well, so no view to really look out to from the room. A little rough around the edges

(1）Lost USD 100 and MXD 300 on the first day in the room due to the problem of the saftety box. Reported to the hotel manager and till now no respond. （2）The dinner waiter took our ordered Sushi to the next table and the guest had eaten one piece and then realized that was not their ordered and the waiter took away. Several minutes later the waiter gave the used sushi to me. That's disgusting.

Oleo’ Resort was absolutely beautiful! The food at the 2 restaurants were ok but not great BUT the buffet was absolutely AMAZING! The food was always fresh and the staff were so kind! The resort is very small especially compared to other Cancun resorts but I had a great time! The views of the beach were breathtaking! The room was great and the bed slept great BUT the room could use some paint touch up and The air did not work well. They offered free room service but the buffet was so good that I did not use room service. There were games, karaoke, and a meal prepared each day at the pool.There was a coffee shop that had the best lattes, soft serve ice cream,and desserts sandwiches and fruit that was also included with the all inclusive amenities! The worse part of my stay was when I felt forced by a female staff member rep attend a timeshare presentation.I did sign up to go but changed my mind. When I didn’t show up,she came and found me while I was relaxing by the pool. The good thing was that I received 1/2 off my massage and a cabana for $25 for attending even though I didn’t purchase the timeshare.There was a restaurant across the street from the resort that showcased the perfect view of the sunset that I really enjoyed. Overall I give my stay a 9/10!

Awesome place to stay. There seemed to by a continual hot water problem. It always took more than 20 minutes to get a warm shower. Sometimes it got hot. Sometimes it didn’t get warm at all. Not sure what the deal was there. But it was a great place to stay!

Stephanie at the front desk was amazing, other staff were ok, always say hello, Hola, but not going above and beyond. I get it, i too work in hospitality and serving people all day is annoying but you get the vibe that they just dont enjoy it. Asian restaurant was good, other food was ok. Nothing with a "wow" factor! Last night there i ordered room service, the older gentleman who delivered it was rude and aggressive and throwing lids on the trolley and carrying on very strangely, made me feel uncomfortable even having him come in my room. Not much around hotel and the day spa there is RIDICULOUSLY priced! Unsure if thats normal prices for mexico but that was more then double what i would pay in my home town. Didnt like the pool only had a ladder to get in and out of and information for hotel stuff in general is non existent. Would recommend to update the app to give alot more of where stuff i s and how to utilise the facilitiesmore, even a map would be helpful and common-sense I would of thought.

Staff was very friendly, our favorite restaurant was El Mar. Beach is right at the hotel. Ocean can be rough at times but you can walk 10 mins to the end of the beach and it’s super calm. Beautiful resort
