Good Evening EXPEDIA, With my review, I want to be clear that each and every staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful! What we were not favorable to I am listing here: 1.) Getting a reservation for dinner in restaurants was stressful because you had to make reservations the day you wanted to eat in restaurants, and reservations filled up quickly. We made our reservations to stay at this resort with two other couples, all within minutes of each other, and were looking forward to dinners together. We were not expecting to face stress trying to book dinner reservations or having to spend valuable vacation time trying to get a reservation. We were approached by EXPEDIA REPS and although there was no guarantee, they did help arrange a couple of dinner reservations. 2.) Not being able to sit in PREMIER pool side lounge chairs, at the non PREMIER pool, made us feel like we were second class guests, and we were embarrassed when we were asked to leave the pool side lounge chairs. 3.) The liquor available to us, non PREMIER guest, was significantly different and again embarrassing when we ordered a drink at the bar. 4.) Gift shop in the hotel had multiple leaks dripping from the ceiling, which was surprising. Again, the staff were all outstanding and the resort is lucky to have them on staff.
