This is a beautiful property and well maintained. There's plenty of food options all through the day and night. If you want just a snack or a full meal. There are no limits to a sit down meal at a restaurant, as compared to other all inclusive restrict you to 3 sit down meals, as compared to a buffet meal. The pool bar, particularly Gustavo, was friendly and had an amazing mix of drinks up their sleeve. Overall a really good vacation at this resort, worth every $.

Really loved this property and definitely would've given it five stars, had it not been for a very bad encounter at Ocean Burger, When we arrived, the entire area was roped off. I saw an open entrance on the backside and assumed that was correct. As soon as we entered in that way, the waiter, Francisco, aggressively threw his hands at us, and pointed to the other entrance, which as I said was roped off. A completely inappropriate response, as there was no signage stating to wait there. We then sat down and he came to take our order. We began by giving him a drink order, he then rudely interrupted us and said he was only there to take food orders. Again something we had no way of knowing.my husband then began to place our orders as he usually orders for the whole table and Francisco put his hand up to him and looked at me and pointed as though he needed me to order first. The last and final straw was when my daughters came to meet us. One of them had a swimsuit on with a dress swimsuit cover-up. He would not let her in. Even though directly next to us was a women eating wearing a bikini with no cover up. This was the last straw and I was furious by this point and let him know. He then told me I needed to calm down. After he treated us like dirt for a half hour and then was rude to my teenage daughters. That I won't stand for. Miguel at Ocean Burger, however, was a delight, as was every other member of the staff. But in all honesty. Francisco soured our entire experience.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Coral & Turquesa. The food was decent - Mexican was definitely our favourite. Had Expedia VIP benefits and got an upgrade to a renovated room (lovely), late checkout and a concierge who booked our restaurant reservations each night. That was awesome because I was a bit nervous after reading reviews that people couldn’t get reservations. We never once had an issue and ate in a different restaurant each night. The late checkout was nice. The hotel staff were awesome, super friendly and quite accommodating. We used the bowling facility and had a massage/reflexology session that was awesome. The pools were great - we didn’t have privilege and were all adults so we had access to two pools - one with the swim up bar and the other quieter pool. No complaints. It’s a bit tough to get a pool chair - people reserve them with towels early and they’re all spoken for by 7:30 am (even though there is a policy not to). The beach was really nice. Lots of activities - we were sceptical but the silent dance party was so fun! Overall our stay was great and I would go back again.

On the whole the property is very good, clean, well maintained and very good food choice. What we didn't like was that the staff did not follow the policy of removing towels from sun loungers after half an hour of non-use. This meant many sun loungers sat for hours not being used, yet were unavailable to those that needed them. There were not enough available to everyone.

Hi, we had a very nice vacation at this resort. All the staff were extremely friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we were all well taken care of. Gustavo in the pool bar was excellent and even when very busy made sure everyone was always taken care of quickly and with a wide selection. Reception staff were always willing to help with any questions from getting us checked in and out efficiently, with currency exchange requests, and with requests for fixing issues in the room when requested. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, including the balcony and beds. Some areas that could be improved was ensuring all buildings have working elevators (our building was out of service but we saw many others in service), the teen room was under maintenance so not available and would have been great when it rained or during peak day sun. In addition, the water pressure was sometimes spotty in the evening especially the hot water, and one evening when our breaker needed resetting we were unable to reach the front desk by phone but were able to walk down and get assistance. Also, for restaurant reservations via the web portal, we found availability very challenging as it opened for selection at 8am but by 8:15a most spots were filled. the excellent concierge service to get booking for our larger group of 10 most days which was great. While most food was very good, we did find sometimes that it was blander than we were expecting though there was always a wide

This resort is beautiful and they really have considered everything. The hardworking staff put the 5th star on the map. For us, the service really made that difference; whether it was the fun bartenders like Juan, the knowledgeable sommelier Augusto, the hilarious hombres at the Italian Terrace, the super friendly cleaning ladies, the hardworking baristas at Mike's, every service experience was top notch. I need to give a special kudos to the Security Staff who were there to help me find something extremely precious to me at 5:30AM. We would definitely return to Oceans🤗

The hotel and staff are lovely. I showed up in the afternoon and it was too late to reserve the special restaurants. I ordered an online Caribbeanlobster dinner that was on special, at about four pm. I received an email that they had received the order and waited around three hours, I checked on the app and there was no order even though I had received an email confirming it. So that evening I went to the buffet since it was getting late. At that time, I also let them know my phone wasn’t working. Next morning, I realized that I didn’t insert my charger on my phone and my phone was dead and I had no phone access. So I cannot make reservations for special restaurants. I was able to go to the front desk and report that and they did find me a seat at one of the restaurants. It was a very nice dinner. They gave me something called ocean cash. That I could’ve used on a dinner or a spa service in which I was planning to use for my dinner that never came. So that was a such a disappointment. All in all, the amenities are very nice. The place is kept clean, the staff are wonderful, bonus that they have cats in the area that you can give treats to. Evening entertainment was fun. Pools are beautiful. The beach was lovely. Kind of small, lots of seaweed, but still enjoyable. The eating situation was the only thing I found a little stressful. I did mention the problems at checkout, and did feel a little brushed aside. I don’t know if my concerns made it beyond the front desk.

This was my second time staying at this resort and my last! The hotel was very run down! Our room fridge was never stocked with alcohol but two days! When we called, they argued and stated that it was. Our fridge didn’t work properly. No one ever told us about the complimentary spa services for privilege! The food was horrible, minus the steak tacos at the bistro! The property is in great need of upgrades! Lots of safety hazards around the resort! The privilege lounge had two amazing bartenders named Angel and Jose and that was the highlight of our trip! Never had towel service or privilege chairs on the beach or at the pool! Never had anyone ask us for a drink near the pool. Very disappointed, and especially for what we paid! We didn’t even have linens in our room for two days! No snacks either! What a shame! We will never be back, so lesson learned! We did make some complaints, but not one single person cared!

My sister and I had the best time at Ocean Coral & Turquesa. The entire staff was so friendly and energetic. The activities team was amazing. Fernanda, Yael, Gabriel and the entire staff (I don't know all their names). They started our day with their dance by the pool, which energized everyone watching or participating! The pool bar was nice. The water was a bit chilly so I enjoyed sitting on the dry side. Eduardo made us feel at home. He was great and knew how to make every drink and put smiles on our faces. The property was large enough to get lots of steps in. The room we were assigned to was too close to the lobby so our concierge, Alejandro, was able to find us another. The beds were very comfortable and our balcony was peaceful with a great view of palm trees. The lobby was spacious with several areas to relax, including the outdoor sofas and seating. The lobby bar was convenient and the staff so friendly and efficient, thanks to Henri, Mateo and the rest of the crew. Although it was relaxing to sit on the beach (if you can get a chair), I was a bit disappointed. The distance to the water was short and seaweed was definitely an issue. A tractor came through every morning, but maybe it was just that time of the year. The evening shows were great although we didn't get out to every one. The meals were fine and there were options and again, the staff always eager to please.
