My wife and I just returned from our stay at Ocean Coral and Turquesa. We couldn’t have been more pleased with this resort. All the staff was amazing! A few that I want to single out as being excellent at their job are: Alejandro, Antonio, Hilda and especially Gustavo at the pool bar! The whole team is great, however Gustavo is like an 8 armed master mixologist and really is the man! Believe all the other glowing reviews about him! Next I’d like to mention Amanda and the rest of the pool entertainment team! They were fantastic and engaging! Other staff members, from the cleaners, wait staff, bar staff, front desk, bell service, etc.. were all so friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was the best it could be! I would also like to mention that the food at this resort is better than most. We will definitely look to return to this place!

It was beautiful 😍however due to the storm prior to our arrival there was lots of destruction near our suite and so the view was not good. Once it’s cleaned up I can imagine how pretty and clean it will appear. Very beautiful place, the food at the buffet was my favorite and at EL Beso, I loved everything ❤️

I like loved the view of the beach. Do not go there food, we tried for every restaurant all was just the same things. No English speaking staff. Bowling was super small. All spanish music. Excursions was acceptable good price and safe. Tulum is one and the boat was another which was all day but great to get out and see a different part of Mexico. But i will never recommend anyone to stay here. I had roaches in my first room lots of them coming from behind my dresser.

Very friendly and professional staff throughout the property. They are all willing to go above and beyond to give you an amazing experience. The bartenders are master mixologists. If you find yourself at their property look for Gustavo by the pool. He’s a rock star!

Staff was friendly & helpful. Room was upgraded to ocean view. It was clean but shower water took forever to get cold in the daytime. Beds were comfy. Pool was missing a lot of tiles. Could’ve been a bit cleaner. Wish elevators had a/c as well as the restaurants. Wide variety of food/beverages. Had a wonderful time. Love how close it is to the airport.

We had a very good time. The entertainment staff (especially Fernanda) were great as well as a couple of the pool bartenders (Eduardo and Alejandro). The property is showing some age, but the landscaping and view of the beach were great. The food was good, but not what I would call great. I would give it an 8 out of 10.

No están preparados para nada my luna de miel fue un fracaso el único día que pudimos tener diversión mi esposa y yo la señorita de actividades decidió mejor cancelar la fiesta por 10 min de lluvia El hotel dice all inclusive pero la verdad es que no lo es mejor escojan otro hotel hay 5 restaurantes y de esos solo tienes derecho a 3 si no pagaste el beso o eres privilege una pésima experiencia súper caro y con algo que me dejó mal sabor de boca las personas que trabajan ahí son un amor y valen mil pero en genereal el hotel no es muy bueno

A couple of the staff were rude. Most of them were great. 8:00 to get some coffee unless you go eat or order room service with a $$. App wasn’t working well and we had a hard time scheduling stuff. The resort didn’t seem to be prepared for the storm. Not much of anything to occupy our time
