Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. They have a fantastic beach, the grounds are so nice and beautiful and very well maintained. Every resturaunt had excellent food and service! The service was excellent. Our butler, Lalo, was amazing. Everyone was very accommodating. The food was great for an all inclusive. We typically stay away from steak while in Mexico but this time it was surprisingly very good! Will definitely return.

If you're looking for the ultimate luxury getaway, Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres is the place to be! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs, with top-tier service and a personal butler who made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The resort itself is chic, modern, and absolutely gorgeous, with picturesque views everywhere you turn. The beach? Stunning. It's the widest and longest we've ever seen, with soft white sand and warm, crystal-clear waters that make for the perfect tropical escape. Dining was another highlight—high-end restaurants with fresh, flavorful food that exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, fresh, and beautifully presented, making every meal feel like a special occasion. Loved this hotel for our 10 year anniversary. We had a Swim up suite with infinity pool and it was an A . Our room was right next to the adult pool, so we were able to order speciality drinks from the pool servers. We loved Angel! We could still see the Adult pool, hear the music and participate in the activities. It was a great vibe. The room was very spacious and clean. Our room came with a butler, Chris. He was very responsive and great to work with. The beach was beautiful with shaded grass huts and cabanas to lounge in. The sand was soft and white. Buffets were good and we loved the ice cream. Wish the ice cream was served 24/7. The nighttime entertainment was super fun, especially being so far away from the city and all other activities, it helped keep us entertained. One downside is that this resort is far away from all the adventures, like cenotes and zip-lining. You have to travel far! But overall for a nice anniversary trip, it was relaxing.
