Favorite all inclusive hotel I've been to (I've gone to nine in total in the Cancun area). Amazing service. Have zero complaints of any of the workers. Shoutout to Aidel and Fernando who are servers in the buffets. & Angel from the steakhouse. The food was so good! I usually do not enjoy all inclusive food but it was truly good. The Hibachi was my favorite experience. Clean everywhere. I have a baby and when I was wiping everything down (even the floor) the wipes were clean. Pretty hotel. I will say if you have young kids this isnt a kid resort in the sense that its not catered around that. For example they dont have a pool for kids with water slides. They can still go and have a good time though. If you are traveling without kids I recommend that you book the adults side so you can enjoy all of the resort.

This place is so beautiful and the staff is amazing. Everyone is so friendly. The food was good alot of variety. They had alot of activities and fun theme nights there was always something going on. The beach was clean they work to remove seaweed daily. The drinks were delicious the passion fruit margarita and strawberry daiquiris were my favorite. We will never stay anywhere else! This is the perfect getaway. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The food was delicious, we did not have a bad meal. The staff with so kind and helpful! Victor at the Tiki Bar made the best drinks and kept the conversation fun and light and our butler Chan was so helpful and accommodating. He even went above and beyond and put flowers in our room with a rose petal heart on the bed! I cannot speak highly enough of this resort, we truly loved our time here and can't wait to come back!!
