We appreciated the housekeeping staff and how diligent they were each day to thoroughly clean our rooms. Loved the turn down service each evening and how they would replenish bath towels and tidy the room. The food in the restaurants was good. The breakfast buffet very good and lots of selections.
What I believe needs improvement is some of the pools needed attention. Some were not as clean as the others. Limited seating available by the pools unless you were willing to pay for a cabana. I did not like being asked about paying for outside entertainment several times while trying to relax at the property. If you pay for a cabana on the beach, you cannot get or bring food down to the cabana. It seems as if who you know matters so you can get seating in prime locations by the pools.
I did not like being able to make reservations for dinner. Two of the 5 nights we were there we opted to eat a late lunch and skip diner since there was a 2 hour wait. Dinners are first come first served. Not something I was used to with a 5-star resort.
I felt there was a Suttle hint to tip for everything at this all-inclusive resort which was uncomfortable at times.
I was disappointed that we could not use the spa unless we paid for a treatment. No day passes, Spa was limited and could use some enhancements. I paid for 3 facials for myself, and 2 daughters and they were good.
The club was fun, but very crowded and had limited seating. Music was way too loud in the club.
