Check-in was delayed by almost an hour due to high occupancy and this was inconvenient, but probably rare. Otherwise, I liked it a lot. I was on the 11th floor with a King bed. The view was amazing. And the bed was extremely comfortable. I am still thinking of the bed, 12 hours after checkout. The towels were also excellent. And I can confirm that it was spotless clean.

We’ve stayed at this place before due to the location, we’d had OK rooms, we understand it’s not an upscale hotel however this time the check in took forever, front desk wasn’t very helpful and it was just us and another party, the room was outdated, the whole property needs an urgent update. The cleaning and restaurant staff were lovely.

Maybe more items for breakfast ( fresh fruit) every time I came down to eat breakfast, no more fresh fruit, and restock the buffet for breakfast is 10:00am is empty when the buffet is until 11:am. Other than that everything is pretty nice.

As an expert in real estate and resort management. Thé staff at Krystal urban Hotel did a great job from upgrading the room to great cleaning services. It is much recommended as it is also in downtown where it is close to several restaurants and also they offer a beach access at the hotel zone.
