The location of this property couldn’t be better if you’re looking to stay near Cocobongo and the other clubs in the Zona Hotelera. The staff are all quite helpful and my room was well cleaned. That said, the rooms seriously need a facelift, the bed I had was extra extra firm, and the elevators are a bit janky.

Great walkability to all the towns excitement. The hotel was clean and as expected. They never cleaned the room, I’m not sure if that’s just how this hotel is… No room attendant, we had to call for towels and toilet tissue and never received any. We just ended up buying tissue from the store. Other than that the rooms were clean and neat. The bath water was nice and hot, however the water kinda had this smell to it. It was weird but something I couldn’t help but notice.

Spring Break! Spring Break! I never stay anywhere else! 3 back to back years and counting! Location could not be better! Staff is very helpful. I had a partial view which was amazing! I could see both the beach/ocean and the strip from my balcony. Best of both worlds. I’ll be back next year for Spring Break!

Great location for all the amenities, walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. Although the food and drinks were a bit pricey nevertheless it’s great location to the beach and great customer service despite some language barrier at times.

In need of serious renovations. Shower water was orange and tub didn't drain. Room smelled moldy. Bartend staff could have been more helpful. Wouldn't stay again. Location was its only perk.

Muy buena estadía, en especial porque reservamos un día antes y nos aceptaron. Excelente servicio y muy bonito hotel. Cosas para mejorar sería el aire del cuarto que no enfriaba mucho y recepción que hay que estar formados mucho tiempo para hacer check in o check out. Fuera de eso disfrutamos mucho nuestra luna de miel y definitivamente volveremos con un mejor plan y con más tiempo para aprovechar el lujo de Krystal Cancún. Muy agradecidos por la botella de champagne que nos regalaron por nuestra recién boda.

Decent for the price of beach view non-inclusive

We stayed for 9 nights NON-INCLUSIVE. Hotel was clean, staff was super friendly, room/bed was comfortable. There was construction going on outside, which happened to be right outside our room. No mention of that on the website. That was a bit disappointing. the wifi was spotty and not the best but also not the worst. The beach/pool chairs are super uncomfortable. They do not sit up completely straight nor do they lay down completely flat. I found them uncomfortable. Because we were not ALL INCLUSIVE, we weren't given a bottle of water every day. We've stayed at other resorts non inclusive and bottled water was given once a day. For the price of the hotel, you would think they could spend $3 on a bottle of water each day. The hotel is located right on the "party zone" of cancun. Most nights it was quiet by 11pm, but on Thursday night the local night club music was blasting until 3am. But only on Thursday night. Housekeeping had inconsistencies with towels. Some days we would get two clean towels, but no face towel. One day we got one towel. No bathmat or towel to put on the floor every day and the floor was slippery when wet. Very inconsistent with what we were given for some reason. For the price I would stay here again as the beach view is fantastic, but I wouldn't rate it as a 5-star hotel.

Clean but expensive, needs a renovation.

Clean hotel with a great location, but rather overpriced for the condition of the rooms. Worn around the edges, old, soft saggy mattresses, scuffs and dents everywhere. Bathroom fixtures falling apart. In need of a renovation. You are paying for the location, not the condition of the room.

Music from down the street is loud sometimes. Bartenders in main lobby are not very friendly. The wait staff by the pool and by the beach are amazing. Shout out to Dulce and Juan for making us feel so welcome!
