We really enjoyed the Hyatt Ziva. We were very impressed with all of the restaurants and amenities. We especially enjoyed the restaurant Tres Cervezas. Alejandra Verduzco, the restaurant manager, was excellent. She and her staff, Saalai ( bartender), Kevin (bartender) and Aylin (hostess) were all wonderful. Our pool side waiter Dominigo was also excellent. He was very attentive and provided us with drinks, towels and anything we needed! All of the staff was friendly and attentive.

Came here for my birthday. It was lovely from the minute they checked us in until we checked out. They took great care of us and it felt like they tried to do things behind the scenes to avoid any inconvenience. They really watched for when we leave our room and then only cleaning whenever we were out, butler stocking up snacks and beverages, and having turn down service in the evening was something new to us and we thought that was very neat. We tried to have dinner at every restaurant and were taken great care of as well. We were always being asked if we needed anything or if there was something else they could do better even though it was already better. Their night entertainment was excellent and fun for all ages. The whole resort was kept clean and staff remained so calm with Hurricane Milton. We felt like they had everything under control.
