Great location, room could use some updating, beach staff is terrible!! The staff member set up our beach chairs/umbrella however it took us having to flag them down for drinks. We noticed they asked others around us but we were not approached. The pool is a joke and seems like the same poor service of that of the beach staff. Staff that cleaned our room and front desk staff very attentive and friendly.

The service was great. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly. We enjoyed the pool but for the cost the hotel needs upgrades. Mold on the shower walls and the mirror was very old.

It was convenient to the beach and restaurants. But there's a pigeon problem. Couldn't go out on the balcony (2nd floor bldg 2) for the pigeon poop. The property could use some updating. We were only there a week.

For the price this place is great, please read this in full because it’s actually a positive review. There was an ant problem. & water running down the wall from a little bucket on ledge. Overwhelming smell of mildew in room. But like I said for that price & this location I’d stay here again. We only slept in hotel spent the rest of our time living in the paradise of the island. The staff were amazing. Location amazing. Restaurant amazing & live music almost nightly. Here’s a tip tho bring your own washcloths because it’s not an item here. Which is fine. We brought our own. They have AMAZING hot water. Which is rare at the finer hotels on the island. We will be staying here again for sure.
