Great hotel, not luxury but nice. Bars around it are loud but nothing too bad. Super walkable area and 6 minutes from the central bus station

The price is cheap and easy walk from Ado bus. Pool is not in operation. Room floor was not clean. No soap or shampoo. Very noisy with local bars. Music was still going when we left at 5:15 AM!

Property was decent for the money, but it desperately needs some maintenance in many areas. Staff was very friendly and room was kept clean. Excellent water pressure and good working AC unit, unfortunately no fridge in the rooms. Bar across the street turns up the music very loud and is noticeable till 3 or 4am ….. definitely bring some earplugs 😂

Internet dropped every few minutes. There was a nightclub infront and behind hotel that blasted music till 4 am every night. In 5 ngts we had hot water 2 times, the rest of the time it was cold or luke warm.

Looks can be deceiving
The bed was not a real bed but a concrete slab with a mattress on it. The mattress was o.k The water pressure was non existent, hot water run out, the breakfast that they advertise in the room is a restaurant 2 blocks away, but what is offered in the room is not what you get when you go to the restaurant.

Not bad for the price, near the bus station which is good if you take the bus to downtown from the airport and only have carryon it’s an easy walk. Clubs with loud music on either side but didn’t affect my sleep. Needs some minor renovations but all around decent for a cheap hotel in cancun.

Hotel hard to get to no cab driver can get in to drop you so may as well walk to it from the ado bus station a short distance away . It was ok clean for a 2 to 3 star hotel nothing fancy a bed . No Wi-Fi even at front desk . Wi-Fi very vital to confirm airline .nite clerk watching video on phone ./WiFi ?

Dirty, old, not maintained small hotel located very close to the ADO bus terminal. Sheets were stained, no blanket. Way too expensive for one night transit (paid 75CAN$).
