Flew in to Mexico late and spent the night before headed to all inclusive resort. Super convenient and the hotel is quite nice. I think there were quite a few people doing the same thing as the check in line was busy and slow. Half hour later there was no one checking in and quiet

The property was clean and helpful by holding our bags and helping us arrange transportation to the hotel zone of Cancun. We did not take advantage of the swimming and bar area but when we return, we plan on using those areas they seemed relaxing and chill.

Check-in was seamless. All interactions with staff (front desk, pool, restaurant, room valet) were all pleasant. The room was somewhat clean, save for common use surfaces. The shelves next to the bed, and the bathroom counter had sticky fluid stains from the previous user. Ironically the table in the lobby restaurant was exactly the same. The selection of convenience & snack items was very limited. The property was a 5 minute walke from terminal 3.

Great for a quick stay

Quick in and out from Cancun and this place was PERFECT. Walking distance to and from the airport, very clean, very spacious and quiet.
