Booked due to proximity to CUN airport but will never return to this Hilton. Room wasn't ready to receive two guests. Prepaid snacks were a poor value and non-refundable at the front desk at check-in. Shuttle was on-time, driver was friendly. Staff was apologetic but ineffectual. Bar staff wouldn't change the TV channel for the sports fans who were the only patrons.

Place was clean but stinks of smoke. Staff at front desk were nice service at restaurant and bar was great food was pretty good . Convenient shuttle to airport . Just need to make place smell better and work on ac units they are very noisy.

Near the airport. Provides a shuttle/van. Good dining area. The 3rd floor circular swimming pool is impressive BUT there’s an active leak (my husband said it’s from the pool itself, I don’t know) and we see puddles on the ground floor near reception area and you can see the water mark on the ceiling when you look up. That is a safety hazard if they don’t fix it.

Very disappointed
We ordered a room of 4 with 2 queen bads, but, it felt like twin. The room was dirty resulting our feet become black. The ac made a lot of noise and there was a rambeling in the vents. When we got to the staff and asked for a selution we were suggested to change a room which was as clean as ours. There was one guy that helped us and even cleaned the room to make sure we are good (holefully the cleaners can learn from Carlos and maybe the rest of the staff to make much better experience). The breakfest was very pure, definetally not suitable for 25 USD. To sum up, it might seem like this review is based on golden standarts. However this standarts were set by the Hilton hotels net world wide. Not a typical Hilton hotel.
