It’s a beautiful hotel but a little out of the way, 15 minutes from the airport and next to the Waldorf. We had rented a car so no issues. We had a corner queen double room with a large balcony facing the pool and the ocean on the 6th floor, amazing views. The pool water is very warm and being able to swim in the ocean was great as well. Auma steakhouse was good but the fried rice and teppanyaki vegetables at Sunan was amazing; Jose was a great server. The dragon chili sauce was the highlight. Making reservations online was super easy. The staff was friendly as well. The drinks were great and not watered down. Diana at the lobby bar was very sweet. Definitely book this place!

We love how it is private, kids friendly! Love the food. They should focus on Mexican food and drinks. It was not good. Tacos are the worst here and they don’t mix their cocktails properly! Overall good experience. It is best for parents with young kids.

We had a great time at Hilton, Cancun. It was clean, great service and food was good. Rooms were clean and tidy however, I had to request new amenities a few times like soap, coffee, and had to wait over an hour every time. I think the only thing lacking is their entertainment which I think can be better. Would definitely recommend Hilton Cancun!

My wife, son, and I stayed at the Hilton Cancun all inclusive arriving 12/10/24 and left on 12/17/24. Upon arrival we were asked if we would like to "upgrade our room" which I qgreed to do. Entering the room it was very dirty with crumbs in the bed and a dirty floor. They came to mop the floor after I complained but they would not come clean unless I went down and complained. the first time after initial arrival that I asked for the room to be cleaned they said that it would be done but nobody ever came. We noticed that the air conditioner would not stop running and we were freezing in the room. The first full day we took my 2 year old son to the daycare area and were told that they did not accept children that young. There went my vacation with my wife. They mention a daycare center and do not mention the age restriction. I would have gone to another resort had I known. Every day when we went to eat the food was always mediocre and always cold at the buffet. We figured out why this was happening when we were getting ready to leave and we saw them putting the food outside on the trays at 6am which is before anybody was going to eat. The worst came when my wife asked a kitchen person if a particular pastry had nuts in it (because my wife is allergic to nuts) and he said NO. My wife got extremely sick and later found out from someone else in the kitchen that there were indeed nuts in that pastry. When my wife got sick and they had the house doctor come to our room

top notch quality but limited choices and activities. Great for couples looking to relax and getaway as well as families who want a more relaxed trip too. Very clean and beautiful resort. While I wish the buffet options were more, the poolside snacks made up for it. Little to no entertainment-no nightlife! Everything was done around 11, no music near the pool. Only Friday is there poolside entertainment (we were used to the daily pool activities/music in other resorts) Overall, GREAT resort. I just felt a limited choice in food at the buffet and little/no music or activities. Would I go again? YES but not rushing to go back

We took my mom for a long weekend Thursday-Monday for her birthday and when I tell you, the hotel didn’t disappoint us. Minor hiccups (like the cleaning crib took a while to flip our room, the reservation wait was a bit long) but overall, we had fun n hotel was super clean! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (to name of that stood out was AXEL from the steak house restaurant, he was amazing)

The main issue of this property is getting in and out, it's very inconvenient and the beachfront is not suitable for enjoyment. Other than these points, it's a GREAT hotel, I've enjoyed my time there.
