ust got back from Haven Riviera Cancun and had the best time! The service was top-notch—every single staff member was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. The resort has so many great options for dining. Ate steak for lunch every single day! Can't complain. Honestly, it felt like we were treated like VIPs the whole time. Definitely worth every penny. Can’t wait to go back!

Haven Riviera Cancun was a great experience. The Resort, hospitality, food and amenities were all enjoyable and exceptional standard. I wasn't pleased with lack of being able to enjoy the beach. The description and pictures online, gives the empression of clear water and the abilitly to enjoy a beach day. That was not the case during my stay. However, I fully enjoyed the pool daily and the entertainment provided at the pool. The 24hr pool access was a bonus as well.

Room was beautiful and well appointed we had the Serenity Club Oceanfront Swimout bldg 5 and these beds face the ocean. Great bar service to our room from Levi. All pools clean and good bar service. Vistas and buffet excellent for lunch. Tahini and buffet good for breakfast but coffee service lacking at Tahini every day. Dinners hit or miss. Long waits for food and tables even though we had reservations and Olios all 6 dinners came out stone cold yes stone cold couldn’t eat the food and were served almost 2 hours after arrival and got drinks after food arrived and no follow up by wait staff Butler was ok promises things but never happened rooms given away to other people bands didn’t work etc barely saw our butler only use was booking dinners Not a lot of variety of food on dinner menus as at other resorts we have been to Would we rush back no Many other options in Mexico Poor set up for night entertainment A lot of bugs bring bug spray Theatre extremely small disappointing if you want to see the entertainment Day activities lack

it's decent for the price. bedroom has tattered curtains but I didn't stay in my room long enough to care too much. had to have someone clean shower doors. certain bartenders were dude, but don't let it ruin your mood! I like that giant pools, the beach is right there though full of seaweed. never crowded anywhere which is nice. seems to have construction going on for awhile now.

The rooms and property were very visibly unclean (including blood stains on hammocks, blood on the hallway floor in building 4, dirt all over pool loungers, almost every cup and glass at the bars and restaurants were dirty, heavily stained towels at the pool, garbage on beach, constant crumbs and hair on tables and chairs in restaurants, etc). The service from staff was extremely hit and miss. Fernando at the pool, Maria/Nicole/Luiz at the bars, Jonathan/Dafne/bartender at Satsu, Kevin at Agua Bendita, and Christian at Olios were amazing!!! The food/service at Vora Mar was awful and food around the resort overall was mediocre, with the exception of Olios and Satsu, which were both great. Make sure to bring pants and a collared shirt if you’re dining at Olios or you will be provided with communal clothes. The pools were constantly running out of towels and the pool bars out of cups so people were bringing their own water bottles for drinks. Indoor and outdoor drains were clogged our entire stay, hot water in room shower and balcony jacuzzi did not work and required maintenance during our stay, after which we could get hot water in the mornings but only cold water in the evenings. Overall Haven was really disappointing and you’re better off spending the same amount of money for a much better experience at a Barcelo or Secrets resort.
