We honestly weren’t pleased with any of it for the price we paid. Our room stunk, they need bathroom fans because everything always felt damp. Room smelled like a mixture of chlorine & mildew. Hallway would randomly smell like cat pee. Our toilet barely flushed. Our room got flooded from our neighbors toilet shattering. They tried getting us to stay in our flooded room. Didn’t offer any type of refund. Not even an apology. The food was HORRIBLE. Also to top it off one of their vacation specialist tried hitting on my fiancée. Asking if he could kiss him. Then made comment we could share him. We will never recommend this place to anyone & will not be back to this resort.

They have very less vegitarian options. They should think more on the sides of accomodating the vegitarian dishes. Like Mediterranean buffet doesnt have falafal.. :( You know what i mean...please accomodate based on the overall crowd and dont just focus only on meat eaters.

If they would stick to hard rock entertainment would be great. Too loud with dance and meximusic. Otherwise resort could be great with upgrades coming. Access to beach and pools through lobby is annoying.

My top complaint, the staff is so pushy about trying to get you to sign up for their membership program.I tried to skip the meeting and the gentlemen who signed us up came to look for us on the beach to reschedule the meeting!! That is after they called our room at 8:30 in the morning on a Saturday! He also contacted my cell phone, it was borderline harassment which I didn’t appreciate. We kindly tried to decline the meeting, didn’t want to take any of the perks they offered but reluctantly we rescheduled for Sunday at 8 AM. We met the rep and I immediately told him I wasn’t purchasing anything so if we can get it over with as quickly as possible that would be great. It was a lot of information to take in which wasn’t so clear, it also costs a lot of money definitely out of my league. After telling our main guy no I wasn’t interested, he brought in a back up to try and change our minds; then after him came someone else! Once I told them I wasn’t giving a a $1, repeatedly, they let us go. It was awkward and uncomfortable. Then we were instructed to take our forms and go claim our gift which was a day bed on the beach, these beds are placed furthest from the water. We finally just were glad to leave and escape them we didn’t even claim the “gift.” Then when you check out another man tries to sell you something similar. Had to forcefully repeatedly tell the man no, again. This location is also very small, would never go back. Didn’t experience this in HR Punta Cana.

I loved the service from all the staff and all of the high quality food. The only down side is their alcohol, for some reason it was very weak and never felt them, and I had a lot to drink. I would definitely visit again but would take my own alcohol bottles next time.
