Good property. We didn’t think the food was the best and also the walls are thin so you can hear everything coming in from the outside. I really enjoyed the environment and hotel amenities offered they also have a variety of activities for guest and offer trips in house

This was our second time at this property. With perfect beach front, great pool, great food and amazing service we love it here! The kids club and gelato bar sealed the deal for my daughter. Our room was spacious and extremely clean. We loved taking hot baths on the balcony overlooking the ocean after a long day of swimming and ocean play. Close to shopping and Cocobongo. Highly recommend!

The location and the rooms were fantastic. The bartenders at the swim up bar in the adults only pool were amazing. Agustin and Roberto were very attentive and always had our drinks ready.

The staff was really happy to serve our needs. Their buffet was the worse we have had. The prime rib steak restaurant was closed due to remodeling but we tried it at the Italian restaurant and that was really good.

They were both very attentive, always had a smile to greet us with and went above and beyond daily. They made us feel like we were family. Great resort to stay at: many opportunities to purchase goods on the beach, few sporting opportunities like beach soccer and volleyball, with many options for after-hour festivities a 20-minute walk away from the resort. Though the occasional roach is unavoidable, the staff readily mops and cleans the resort by the hour. I would recommend staying at this resort and visiting Cancun.

Property is okay, just not luxury (at least not yet). Start off with negatives: 1) The property is undergoing construction, which was not disclosed on the website. So there was noise and not all amenities were open (hot tub, a main bar, etc). However, the new rooms should look really nice, so definitely worth waiting until construction is done to get the best experience. 2) Rooms were great, but no slippers or bathrobe was provided (even after we booked a spa treatment, we couldn't borrow the bathrobes for our stay). 3) The single-pane windows allow a lot of noise to come through the room. With the wind, it feels like we're inside a wind tunnel. 4) Mini fridge was refilled once during our entire week stay. When I called the front desk for service, they said to use the App to order it there. 5) The App itself. No one told us about the App or the code to log into it. You need it to book room service. Concierge was more concerned about the high-pressure sales pitch rather than the comfort of our stay. 6) Beach had no bar or food that can be brought when using cabana. Poor staff has to walk over to the adult pool in order to get drinks there and bring it down to you at the beach. Not a dealbreaker, but the service was slow. Now the good: 1) Property is centrally located in the heart of Cancun hotel zone, so easy to get to/from the airport. 2) The staff was great, especially Yolanda, who served us food/drinks at the beach when she was supposed to only serve drinks.
