The stay @ oasis was a bad experience first of all is not all inclusive, the place needs to be remodel is dirty rooms are smelly and my sink had hairs the blankets for the bed had red stains. The employees are rude the food is not fresh we got there and the second day there my husband got sick from his stomach by the way my husband was not the only 1 sick from his stomach please be careful I don’t recommend this place to anybody. We will never go back to oasis :(

Food was not very good. Maintenance is needed and there was a lot of cups and trash around pool in bushes and under bridges that didn’t get picked up the whole week.

I went for my anniversary and they gave us 2 queen beds and I had requested a king bed and got no help! Service was horrible everywhere. There was a shooting in our main lobby and when I complained no one was able to accommodate us!

We had a little hiccup that was handle in a positive manner. The resort was amazing, the staff was extremely courteous and very helpful. I would definitely go back to the same resort for vacation. The only issue we encountered was at the Mexican Restaurant last night where we had to wait for nearly one hour and didn’t even have the chance to eat dinner there. The male host was not friendly at all. But we went to Tatish and crabbed a late bite for dinner.

Grand Oasis Cancun was a good time! We did have some problems with our room but they fixed the issue. They really mean it when they say you can’t check in until 3pm. If you get there early just grab a bathing suit out your luggage, leave your luggage at the front and go register and they’ll give you your wristband so you can eat and drink until your room is ready. Our room smelled like paint and it was messing with my sinuses so they switched us out. The food was ok, the buffet food was a 4/10. But if you download the app you can reserve the other restaurants and they were bomb! I liked the Coyote bites and Bahia steakhouse 8/10! Also, the foam party was lit! Drinks were good! And book an excursion to get away for a little, most of them provided transportation, food and drinks and you book at the hotel. Hope this helps! Cancun 2025 was lit! ❤️

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent stay at Grand Oasis Cancun. After several service failures, I was moved to a room in the Pyramid. Upon checking into my room, there was a leak from the ceiling, due to the faulty air conditioning unit. Instead of being apologetic or simply changing my room they sent someone to "fix" the leak. Only the leak wasn't fixed. My daughter slipped and fell as a result. This situation significantly affected the quality of my stay and did not meet the standards I expect from your establishment. Attached are photos/videos of the leak.
