We really enjoyed staying here. The food was good, the beach was good. Darmin served us drinks on the beach and was knowledgeable and kind, he even introduced us with a new drink. We loved all the dining options, this was our 4th time in Cancun and they had the best food overall, breakfast buffet was the same thing everyday though but they have all the options anyways. The beach is very clean and flat, the waves are not too big and not too small. The pools are very clean and the grounds, landscaping etc was beautiful and well kept. Pools were a little lacking, they say some 12 pools available but really there are like 2 main pools areas. No problem for us though, we spent time in both the pools and beach area, especially the beach. We played beach volleyball every single day at the excellence resort side. We became good friends with Monica, Alberto, Naomi, Jesus, Fabian at the excellence resort playing volleyball. (Sorry finest, they had better games on that side and we got jealous). Overall would definitely come back here. Even though it’s not adults only the kids did not bother us. (Maybe because we went during school starting). The room was clean everyday, the mini bar options were the best I’ve ever seen at an all inclusive. We loved the chocolate milk and the snickers!

It was our first all inclusive resort and it was amazing. We loved our server we were able to have for 3 nights. His name was Angel and he was nothing but the best and made our vacation. We hope to come back and see the same familiar faces.

The Excellence Properties are usually above par. The Finest was not for us. We tried this one as we have stayed at the others but decided we like the properties without children. Adults Only for us. The room was great at first but on the second night the A/C unit started making a loud noise. The staff came to fix it but later that night it continued. We called the staff again to fix it again but the results. They came twice the second night. They did move us to a different room but only after we asked. Also no other compensation was offered. You would think that since it was not fixed the first night management would have contacted us to make it right. This is our third hotel from this property we have stayed at and have not thought to look elsewhere. The staff were great. The food great. The activities great. We are usually always happy with the Excellence Properties.

The property is nice. It's mostly for families with little kids. There is not much to do in the evening. Not a lot of entertaining. The night shows are cheesy. The food is really good. However, the cleanness is questionable. They only cleaned my room once during the 5 days stay. They did make the beds daily but nobody cleaned the bathroom and the room. There was also a strong smell of cigarettes in the bathroom, probably from previous guests.

I was at the resort for a week with my family and they did not fix draft beer for a week. Our family did not get any welcome drink or any welcome from the staff.This is 5 star hotel and they don't have draft beer for whole week. Some staff are nice but some don't. Concierge don't pick up the phone easily you have to called them multiple times. Massage were nice but not recommend hydrotherapy. They're better resort out there with better hydrotherapy. Honestly except for the size of resort, I feel like this is 4 star hotel not 5 star. I can tell why they have really good review on google because every staff ask for a good review after service. They carry QR code which is really funny. If it's really good service then you will have good review. This is my thrid time coming to Cancun with my family, I've been to Dreams and Hilton but this is worst experience so far for me. I will go back to Cancun because I really love Cancun but not this resort.

Everything was amazing. The only item that should be upgraded is the properties WiFi. Several areas the WiFi gets dropped. Maybe installing more access points would help.
