I traveled solo and was fine for few nights as I used property only to sleep in and spent most of my time outside. Staff was very considerate and courteous and helped with a/c in the room as per request. I would say good for a 3 star hotel for the money I spent.

The hotel looks beautiful from outside but the rooms need a good update, our room smells terrible, the food was absolutely disgusting, we order two drinks at the beach and they were terrible. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The staff is very polite but they keep trying to sell you their timeshare.

We had excellent attention by the staff of this hotel, all the facilities are good, the restaurant next to the beach very good, the beach very beautiful, I do recommend staying in this hotel, especially if you do not want an all-inclusive, since you are going to be some days on excursions outside the hotel.

I stayed in the 3 bedroom suites and everything was excellent. Housekeeping was available when needed, washer and dryer available for guest. 5 minute walk to the disco area. I felt safe around the property n had no issues while staying at the Fiesta Villas. This hotel gained a new customer.

Honestly the pictures look 100x better than the hotel inside . It’s a pretty hotel from the back but it is very very very outdated . Even tho we didn’t chose all inclusive and we chose just the hotel you guys could at least offer free coffee to customers and on 3rd floor there is a cockroach party just saying. So yeah we won’t be coming back .
