My constructive comments below: The mattress wall has lot of dust. We founded that one of the red bedsheets had something white and dry like dry esperma or maybe was dry detergent? I don't know. The TV's are not level and the restrooms water faucets needs new handles. One of them has an old and rusty hex nut and for the price we paid is not worth. For safety purpose: the elevators are too old and for the number of rooms, more and bigger and fasters elevators are needed. Several tenants were complaining about it. Other than that. I love the pools, beach, food and the associates/employees are so nice. We will go back, thank you.

Older property, needs an upgrade on the rooms and amenities. Language barrier for English speakers. Some of the staff did not speak English and it was difficult to communicate while ordering drinks/food. Toilet in room keep running water. It’s truly not “all inclusive” for food & drinks. The hotel staff would try to upsale customers on products. I definitely will not be back to this resort or Cancun for that matter. Don’t even get me started on the airport transportation. It was a disaster and Uber doesn’t work in Cancun.

Absolutely beautiful beach - wonderful swimming, gorgeous water, and soft sand. Staff were kind and helpful, and so hardworking. Food quality and selection were good but more vegetarian options would have been appreciated. Room was quite basic but very clean and staff were very considerate in making beds and supplying us with extra towels. Kids LOVED the ice cream.

We would have loved to play volleyball on the beach or in ocean. We saw one day with volleyball in pool. This would have been great but played with a large beach ball so hard to control. So not as fun. Gaucho restaurant was the best! Entertainment at night was varied and talented. Coffee bar inside was a favorite hit.

Our trip was very much needed!!! Everyone at the resort was very sweet and kind. They couldn’t do enough for us. It was relaxing even though there were a lot of kids there. You could do as much or nothing at all but RELAX…
