Decent but need works.
The hotel itself needs a remodel, it rained while we were there and it was water leaking everywhere. Yes the staff was attempting to clean but it needs a update. The staff was very friendly shout out to Claudia and Jose. They were very helpful. The room was clean but the beds were so hard and uncomfortable. The food was not so good and they are limited on drink selection for it to be all inclusive.

The property is have very foul smell of sewage... they have a real bad plumbing problem throughout the resort and the room smell so bad that it gives you a headache... I know multiple guest including us who had to change rooms because of the smell... the adults cannot use none of the water activities that's provided in the ocean... there is also no music around the swim up bar or any fun pool games... the restaurants at this property are really good. However, the buffet restaurant is terrible...
