Dinner reservations are a hassle—despite being a guest, it’s surprisingly hard to get a table. Poolside seating is another frustration; unless you’re up by 5 a.m. to claim a spot, good luck finding one. For the price, I expected better organization and more consideration for guests staying on the property.

The outside of the hotel and the staff are amazing. The hotel itself is outdated and needs an exterminator. We seen countless roaches of all sizes. Even in the bottom of the pool. The food was low quality. I traveled with my partner and 3 kids. We booked a family room. I was not aware it was on the bottom floor at the time of booking. When we first checked into our first hotel room the tub was cracked in many places I didn’t even let my kids sit in the tub, the floor was scratched up and had cracks in the floor allowing ROACHES and other bugs to get through. I seen countless of them around our room and killed many. I requested a room change the first night there and was given a different room after two days but was not given a price difference or anything else for the horrible room and experience we had in that room. The second room we had was better and cleaner. Just would have liked a reimbursement for having to downsize. As I stated the outside of the hotel was beautiful and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The pools fill up quick so you have to wake up before sunrise to get a good spot otherwise you’re stuck at the beach all day with no shade. This hotel definitely isn’t worth the price you can find a way better family friendly resort for a better or equal price. This was my second time at this resort and it went down hill from the first time I stayed here. Staff again was amazing but the hotel not so much.

The rooms were a little dirty and the balcony door lock was a bit busted. The walls in the room were a bit dirty as well. The AC worked really well. Th staff made sure our room was tidy and beds were made every day. The buffet was really good and the kids enjoyed the ice cream. The poolside food consisted of burgers and hotdogs and occasionally would have tacos. The kids pool was great and clean for the most part. The staff at the kids drop off were quite strict at who could stay and play. My daughter was 4 and the place only looked after 3 year olds and younger. There was no one there at the time but they told her she couldn’t play with the toys which was a bit sad. The entrance to the kids pool needs more staff as there’s only 1 person letting people in and out. It can take a long time just waiting. Overall the place was good for the price that we paid.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent stay at Crown Paradise Club Cancun, which I booked through Expedia.com. The experience was deeply disappointing and marked by misleading practices and unacceptable conditions that compromised my family's vacation. When I made the reservation through Expedia.com, the total price displayed — and confirmed — was $1,332 USD. This price was clearly advertised as "all-inclusive" and inclusive of taxes and fees. During the booking process, I accurately entered the ages of my two children, five and nine years old, and the system confirmed the total price accordingly. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $400 for my children — despite the fact that their information was correctly input from the start.In addition to this misleading pricing issue, the hotel conditions at Crown Paradise Club Cancun were unacceptable: The beds were visibly dirty upon check-in. We experienced water issues in the room. One of my daughters became seriously ill from food poisoning, suffering for two days with stomach issues and constant trips to the bathroom. This was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation, and instead it turned into a stressful and upsetting experience. I am requesting a full investigation into this matter by both Expedia and Crown Paradise Club. I also expect a partial refund or compensation for both the unexpected $400 charge and the unsanitary hotel conditions.

Hotel is older and showing its age. A good refresh is needed. Great for family with kids. Reservations at specality restaurants was more difficult than necessary. Food was good but very average. Staff were exceptional.
