Emiliano checked us in swiftly and smoothly this stay was just for a night to stay closer to the airport but I wish I had booked this hotel for the whole trip! The buffet for lunch was amazing and for breakfast it is delicious! Pool is huge and a jacuzzi.

My continental complimentary breakfast wasn't included the first week I was here. The staff discriminates me. The food is subpar. They are price gouging on the items. There is not paperwork showing the amenities.

Not the Courtyard I was expecting

Well the shuttle never arrived at the airport so we paid to take a taxi when we told the front desk at checkin they didn’t care. Room service messed up our order twice. So room was great, clean but service definitely was lacking!

This Courtyard is a very nice property, a few notches above your typical Courtyard product. As in other places its site is partnered with a Fairfield Inn, and together they surround a beautiful swimming pool area. Despite its location very near Cancun Airport, the rooms are extremely quiet. The restaurant is very nice, serving Bkfst Lunch and Dinner, and includes both a buffet and ala carte menu option for breakfast. I chose it to wind up a long Riviera Maya vacation because of a morning flight departure and used the reliable free shuttle. Excellent property!

Loved the customer service upon check in and on check out. This place was so quiet. They have a laundry machine on the second floor close to our room so we managed to do a load before heading to our Airbnb. I would definitely recommend this place upon flying into Cancun late at night. Very convenient location with shuttle service to/from the airport. Woke feeling well rested.

The bathroom door was broken and I got locked in the bathroom. Thankfully my husband was there but it took us awhile to get me out. I have stayed here many times with no problems but this one could have been bad had I been alone.
